   ritengo ottimo poter usufruire della struttura fino a sera utilizzando i bagni del campeggio con acqua calda gratis.

   ritengo che i bagni del campeggio siano mal messi in proporzione alla classificazione 4 stelle. inoltre manca uno spaccio attrezzato con un po' di tutto. per il resto lo consiglierei.

   il posto è bellissimo e anche l'esterno del villaggio

   Le camere erano piene di ragnatele specie negli angoli
   Non esisteva un Kit per la pulizia, quindi per la pulizia devi comprarti tutto e poi lasciarlo là

   Velos konnten direkt ausgeliehen werden. Waren zwar sehr alte, funktionierten allerdings prima und wir hatten nie pannen, sie waren sogar gratis!

   Besteck war nicht sauber (mussten wir zuerst selbst nochmals reinigen) und der Strand war etwas klein, kaum Sonnenplätze und nur Steinstrand, das scheint allerdings am Gardasee normal zu sein:) Es gab zu allem eine Lösung (z.B. Holzsteg) und auch ansonsten war es genau das, was wir erwartet und gesucht hatten. Im ganzen also sehr gelungene Ferien.

   Perfect location for a very relaxed holiday with private pebble beach on Lake Garda, tennis, children's playground, pool and comfortable villas facing the water. Staff were wonderfully helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble. This area is of Italy also full of opportunity for interesting activities - especially water sports on the beautiful lake, but also Roman ruins, Mediaeval castles, museums, opera (Verona), art galleries (Venice) etc. The old town of Desenzano is a 5 min drive and connected by ferry to many other lovely towns on the lake.

   A bit of noise from the next door villas - mostly just furniture moving on the tiled floors (can be fixed with gliders and will suggest this to the staff) but also voices next door are very clear at night especially when children are having difficulty settling to sleep. They do eventually settle however!

   la posizione e il panorama sono perfetti, l'esterno del residence e curato e ideale per chi come noi ha bambini.

   la strutturata dell'appartemento è vecchia e il bagno è ancora con la tenda nella doccia e un buco per terra. Le lenzuola erano rammendate e in qualche punto strappate. Non c'è un portone all'ingresso ma una porta a vetri e dietro una tenda ma appena sorgeva il sole era illuminato a giorno.

   The place is perfect for family's with with small children. There is a playground, a football field, a tennis court, badminton or volleyball and best of all a nice swimming pool. The location is fantastic, overlooking the lake Garda. Children can play without the worry any traffic near by. The staff is helpful and speaks English or German. In general, if you have a family this place is worth to consider.

   Breakfast at the restaurant is a best average.
   No enough kitchen utensils e.g. water kettle, toaster etc provided in the holiday apartments
