   lovely location, you hear a waterfall at night.. really beautiful

   the room we got was a different one then the one we booked, misleading pictures
   its not a bed and breakfast but totally self catering, so the rooms dont get cleaned
   the beds are terrible..really terrible! first of all the matress is one of these supersoft ones that make your back hurt and probably 100 years old
   but worse then that.. you start sweating in the bed. and in the morning you wonder why. and the wetness doesnt dry. we found out 3 days later that underneath the bedding they covered the matress with a thick plastik foil!!! we put that away and the bed dried ..
   incredible!
   
   as lovely as the location is, i wouldnt stay there again.

   Anche se in presenza di altri ospiti sembrava di essere gli unici residenti e ci si è sentiti come proprietari dell'intera struttura. Ci ha poi colpiti positivamente la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Nicola, uomo tuttofare del residence. Bellissimo il paesaggio e la vista sul mare della costiera. Da tornarci!

   sehr schöne , sehr gepflegte Anlage

   Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig, wenig Geschirr, keine Kaffemaschine, kein Korkenzieher, kein Spülmittel, je nach Tageszeit sehr laut, Hundegebell,Presslufthammer,Gestank durch verbrannten Abfall, Badhandtuchausstattung und Wechsel nicht optimal,

   Magic, picturesque view and location.

   The most important misunderstanding was about the terace. I was pretty sure I will get one. And I hadn't. The apartment I had wasn't the same one photographed on the website. There are a couple of other appartment and you can't be sure wich one you will get, because it's not mentioned anywhere. After contact with an owner it was changed however only for one week and I had to pay extra for cleaning. Its also not so easy to get there. And a way to shops or nearest town take about 400 steps.

Residence Villa Rosa, overlooking the Lattari Mountains slopes, borders with the small village of Atrani, practically reflecting in the Amalfi Coast Sea.

The apartments of the Residence Villa Rosa, nearly all with sea view, are equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay, far from the noises of the city.

The adjacent swimming-pool near them represents an exceptional alternative to the wild and indented shore of the Amalfi Coast

Approximately 300 steps separate Villa Rosa from Atrani beach, which is reachable slipping into entangled lanes and quiet and secluded alleys, decorated with colorful flowers, which communicate the villagers' warmth, affability and hospitality.
