   location near the sea and park; new apartment and clean

   for the price we paid it was not ok. I expected an normal bed but we got a sofa with a bad matras wrapped in plastic. They promised an apartment with garden (confirmed by mail) and we got an apartment with balcony (without furniture) so we could not use the balcony. Tv did not work. kitchen without wineglases etc. It was not possible to fry an egg. Staff was not so helpfull. we traveled in Tuscany and were very satisfied all the time except about Alberese. it was very overpriced.

   Struttura posizionata in una località tranquilla e interessante da un punto di vista turistico: si trova alle porte del parco dell'uccellina e c'è un servizio gratuito di trasporto pubblico per raggiungere la spiaggia libera antistante a tale parco. Ottimo per chi vuole stare a contatto con la natura ma vuole comunque avere la possibilità di muoversi facilmente in altri punti della provincia/regione (si trova a 5 minuti dall'Aurelia). Rilassante l'area piscina

   molto bello l'appartamento, pulito silenzioso e ben fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche di lunga durata, bella piscina e gentile la signora che ci ha accolto.il prezzo almeno in giugno è più che giusto.

Holiday Apartment Alberese is located in the heart of Maremma National park, in a small village set between Castiglione della Pescaia and Argentario.

Recently renovated, all the apartments are furnished in typical Tuscan style.

Painted in pastel colors, the flats are provided with all modern comforts such as TV, air conditioning, independent heating.

Each apartment is composed of a bedroom and a living area with table, chairs and kitchenette equipped with microwave.

The flats on the 1st floor have a covered balcony with outdoor table and chairs so you may enjoy your meals outside.

The apartments located on the ground floor have their own little garden and terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
