Holiday Apartment Villa Il Castellaccio is a rural complex in the heart of Chianti vineyards, olive groves and forest green, but close to major tourist cities like Florence, Siena, S. Gimignano and Arezzo.

All lodging options are newly renovated and luxuriously furnished with all modern conveniences.

- Private Villa (10pax) with private garden with barbecue: 4 double rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds, all with private bathroom with shower. In the attic there is a lounge where you can add 2 single sofa beds (on request, extra cost).

Another bathroom is located in the laundry room (washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board) which is also service to the pool.

- The Lodge (4-6pax): 1 double and 1 twin, 1 sofa bed in the living room (on request, free), 2 bathrooms with shower, plus a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled guests.

It has a beautiful covered loggia for outdoor dining overlooking the large communal terrace.

- Il Caminetto (4pax) with private gazebo to eat outdoor: two bedrooms, including 1 double, 1 with 2 single beds, served by 2 bathrooms with shower.

- Bellavista (5pax) with access from an external staircase: three bedrooms, including 1 double, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 single, served by 2 bathrooms with shower.

- Il Castellaccio (4-5pax) with private patio to eat outdoor: one double bed and one with 2 single beds, served by 2 bathrooms with a shower and no shower, sofa bed in the closet/attic (on request, free)

All apartments in Holiday Apartment Villa Il Castellaccio have access to a large sunny terrace with garden and swimming pool (15x8), open from 1 May to 30 September, an area with a wood oven pizza and barbecue.

The living area of the apartments consists of dining room and kitchen (with oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), living room with fireplace and satellite TV and stereo.
