   Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement, petit mais confortable, aménagé dans un bâtiment très ancien, ce qui lui donnait du charme. On voit le dôme au bout de le rue, tout près, et le quartier est très vivant, très commerçant. Nos deux filles étaient ravies. Notre logeur s'est montré charmant: comme le train, très en retard ne s'était pas arrêté à Santa Maria Novella, il est venu nous chercher en voiture, nous évitant une heure d'attente. Je recommande !

   la gentilezza dei proprietari, l'ottima cura e pulizia dell'appartamento, la posizione eccezionale e strategica sia per quanto riguarda la vicinanza al centro sia la disponibilità di negozi e bar e altre strutture (posta, internet point, garage, fermata autobus, etc). sicuramente ritorneremo e faremo pubblicità a questa struttura

   non ci sono assolutamente aspetti negativi

   Ottima posizione nel centro, dal momento che visiti tutta la città senza fare uso di alcun mezzo di trasporto

   The appartment was absolutely great because of the position near the Dome and also because of its structure, cleanliness and host kindness. We were 4 persons and all have found the appartment very nice and with some Italian pitoresque (the old building, the rooms and the windows). Besides that, the appartment is very cosy and nice decorated s that you can accommodate quickly, we did not have for a minute the impression of living in an impersonal hotel.

   The couch mechanism to turn into a king size bed (from the living room) had some problems, quickly solved by the host.

   Per un problema all'impianto di smaltimento acque nere di tutto il palazzo, il bagno era praticamente inagibile per cui dopo il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'appartamento. Il proprietario e' stato disponibile a trovarci un'altra sistemazione e per questo lo ringraziamo.
   Resta il disagio causato da un problema di cui il proprietario stesso non ha colpe specifiche.

   Me ha soddisfatto la posizione centralissima della casa e la comodità di avere vicino tutti i negozi/bar/internet point/ mezzi publici e nello stesso tempo stare tranquillo la notte e inoltre l'arredamento molto pratico come lavastoviglie,asciugacapelli,riscaldamento,TV. Complimenti !

   La casa non è fatta per passare la giornata lì,perchè è un pò buia - ma per chi vuole visitare la cità é ideale.

   /great location, very well-equipped pleasant kitchen and generally quiet as only bikes on the street outside most of the time, except for a couple of nights when there was a party in one of the other apartments Bed could be firmer but mostly comfortable through out the apartment with everything one needed including some guidebooks and basic food in the cupboard to get you started. The owner was courteous honest and efficient retrieving a picture I had left in the apartment and making sure I got it back.

   Like many apartments in Italy the windows open onto an interior courtyard of the building which was also a small car park but it was quiet most of the time and you could get some fresh air into the apartment. The decor could be more imaginative and the peeling ceiling in the living area needs attention. and a rug on the tiles in the iiving area would be good when it is cold. It is smaller than the photos imply but big enough for two people.
