   Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to interact with an Italian family and to be in a non-tourist area. The location is perfect if you want to visit hill towns since the apartment is just minutes away from the autostrada and then easy drives to places such as Siena, Assisi, Gubbio, Bagnoregio, etc. The breakfasts were excellent and different each morning. A nice osteria is just around the corner.

   Nothing, really.

Holiday Apartment Percorso Verde, 100m from Tevere and the equipped green path, is a log cabin realized in 2010 with the most advanced criterion of comforts, environmental respect and energy saving.

It is a studio-flat with living area and TV, cooking corner with fridge, dish-washer and microwave oven, and sleeping area, confortable bathroom + small garden.

Holiday House Percorso Verde is in the midst of a hamlet historical centre of Perugia, Ponte Valleceppi, very confortable to reach and 10 minutes from the centre of the city.

The atmosphere is serene and familiar and you can take advantage of a rich library and video library.
