   Situado en el barrio universitario, zona muy tranquila aunque a la vez animada de personas jovenes. Andrea, el dueño, encantador, nos dio mil facilidades, nos fue a buscar a la piazzale de roma para llevarnos hasta el apartamento y una vez alli nos explico todo. Te explica donde ir a comprar, restaurantes baratos cercanos, una pizzeria justo debajo de casa y un restaurantico que comer genial por 10€ a la vuelta de la esquina, bar con wifi cerquisima... el apartamento esta a 8 minutos de las paradas de vaporettos de la Ferrovia (estación de tren) y desde alli salen vaporettos para todos los sitios ya que es una de las paradas mas importantes. si vuelvo a ir a venecia repetiria este apartamento sin pensarmelo. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salon y en las habitaciones

   falta de lavadora, ya que veniamos de un crucero y nos hubiera gustado poder lavar algo de ropa, debajo de casa, andando 2 minutos hay un sitio con lavadoras para lavar la ropa pero la verdad es que era carisima. la secadora 7€ cuando yo tengo una debajo de casa y la secadora cuesta 2€.

   Personalmente l'appartamento è più che sufficiente per una vacanza di una settimana. La cosa più importante é riconoscere che si tratta di una città diversa da tutte le altre belle città d'Italia e godersela il più possibile. Ringrazio e saluto Roma

   The apartment was close to the station which suited us as we were leaving by train, but was also convenient for walking to most parts of Venice if desired. It was comfortable and basically met our needs over the six nights.

   Alojamento excelente! O proprietário foi muito amável, encontrou-se connosco próximo da estação de caminho de ferro e acompanhou-nos ao apartamento. Localização excelente!Numa próxima visita utilizaremos o mesmo alojamento.

   Não é um aspecto negativo mas, principalmente para os portugueses, seria muito útil se o apartamento tivesse varinha mágica.

   Andrea was very helpful--- met us from the bus, made sure we knew how everything worked in the apartment (Serrenissima) and where the most convenient shops, restaurants, etc., were located (very close). He also allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment on our final day, when we left Venice in the evening. We liked the view of the canal bridge from the windows, with all its comings and goings. A place to revisit.

   Location of the flat was very good, because we came by train: only short walk from the station. All the main tourist attractions were near and could be reached by foot or waterbus stop from the railway station. Friendly personnel.

   It was our fourth visit to Venice and in terms of accomodation the best one. (Four adults and a 1 year old baby). The biggest advantage of Palazzina Ca' Gioiosa is definately it's location: 10mns walk from Piazzale Roma, close to tourist attractions yet in a quiet, local neighbourhood. Pretty, truly Venetian wievs from the windows. The Belvedere apt is comfortable, fairly furnished and very clean. Sitting on a roof terrace and having a drink of espresso or wine from the wine shop next door makes your stay there unforgettable. The owner was nice and very helpful and took good care of us. We hope to spend another wonderful time in this place which we can honestly recommend to other people.

   Downside (for tea drinkers): no electric kettle
   Difficulty (especially for elderly or handicap people): quite steep and narrow staircase

   Location location location. 5 minutes from the train station and water buses. Restaurants laundromats supermarkets all within 15 minute walk. Bathroom was all new - shower recess quite spacious by Italian standards

   There could have been a jug and toaster for us australians!

   Der freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter inkludiert auch eine kurze Darstellung der Umgebungsangebote. Das Appartement ist großzügig im Raumangebot, hell und sauber, es wirkt wie neu. Bis zum Wohnraum sind zweimal 15 Stufen zu überwinden, was vielleicht in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft angemerkt werden könnte. Der Vermieter ist äußerst entgegenkommend bei Sonderwünschen, z.B. bezüglich der Abreise. Die Infrastruktur der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Appartements bietet einiges an, eine Bäckerei ist direkt vis a vis des Hauseingangs. Zum Piazzale Roma sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, asuch Rialto ist leicht erreichbar (sofern man sich schon ein wenig auskennt!).

   Great location - within a 5-10 minute walk to Piazzalle Roma and the train station and bar/bakers, take away pizzas and a reataurant nearby. Located in a nice, quiet local neighborhood. Andrea met us at Piazzalle Roma to take us to the apartment and gave a us lots of useful information. We would stay here again.
