   Carlotti who owns the fantastic apartment could not do enough for us. She met us promptly from the train station and took us in her car to the apartment retuning us to the station at the end of our stay . Once there she explained everything to us and had also stocked the cupboards with basics for our convenience. She was at the end if the phone if we needed anything - she even called to remind us of the clocks going back one hour. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended

   Carlotta was such a wonderful host, she picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment, then kindly explained every detail of the place to us. It's very spacious, the decor is cute kitsch, and everything works. And it's an excellent location, a fairly quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre of town (although in Lucca everything is only a few minutes walk from everything else!)

   We picked a very hot time of the year to go, I'd recommend going in either spring or fall, not the height of summer which was when we were there. It was very hot day and night, though there is a big fan in the apartment. Of course this has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation, which was excellent.

   Well first of all Carolotta and her husband picked us up at the train staiton and dropped us off on our return! This is a huge service as getting taxis and finding your way inside the walls can be very expensive and confusing! The apartment is in an excellent location and its easy to walk or bike your way around. We stayed for 3 weeks and used it as our base and it was very conveinient to walk or bus to the train station because we took many day trips around italy by train which was relativitly inexpensive ! The apartment is in excellent condition and even has hardwood floors and has a totally modern kitchen with convection oven , dishwasher, and washer dryer! as well as being well stocked with all the utnesils you will require ! It is walking distance to a super market! So whether you eat in or dine out it is conveinient to both! If we were returning to Lucca again we would defintely rent this apartment!

   A very cinvenient location; bright and airy; facilities very carefully and considerately provided; of four apartments we have rented in Lucca, this was the best.

   The bed is the hardest we have ever slept in! This would be easy to remedy.

   Beautiful place. Probably the most beautiful city in the world. Only go to Italy now, since I discovered BB Planet!! The best tourism company in the world!!!!! I love BB Planet!!!

   charming, comfortable apartment in great location, staff very helpful !

   VERY noisy at night to our surprise - quiet neighborhood but directly below apt is an older resident who plays his tv loud until late into the night. Plus bed is hard as a rock, we did not sleep.

   This apartment was excellent in every respect. Very clean comfortable and location very central I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends travelling to Lucca. Carmella was very helpful collecting us from the train station and leaving us back again on our departure

   There was very little that did not satisfy me

   Great place, loved the location and the owner was more than friendly and helpful.

   Great place to stay, the only failing, and it wasn't one specifically related to the apartment owner, was there needed to be more prominent advice people are not allowed to take vehicles into Lucca.

   This apartment was an absolute joy to stay in. The owner is very kind and thoughtful, and has decorated this spacious apartment with interesting art. The facilities are comprehensive.
