   Location was excelent for us. We like old style buildings with history in the walls. If we shal visit San Gimignano again - we want to stay at Fattoria Guicciardini.

   Difficult to find the entrance. Difficult to find parking place for the car.

   Restaurant food in the town is of a very low standard, I ate out several times, once I refused to pay, I have never done this before! however, the fresh produce, cheese, ham, bread & veggies available in the town from dozens of stores is fantastic!! cook at home if you can, this apartment had quite a good kitchen! We had a lot of fun cooking the local stuff in this apartment.

   No Parking, but that is true for all accommodation inside the walled town. Parking is available for loading & unloading only at this apartment. You need to park down the hill, about a 5 to 10 min walk. Generally easy to get a spot (free spot) during the week but on the weekend more challenging. Also internet is the room does not work (walls are too thick), you need to take your laptop to reception & there it is not too bad.

   La struttura è in ottima posizione.

   Abbiamo impiegato 2 giorni a riscaldare la casa. Una maggiore attenzione del personale (considerata l'eccezionale ondata di freddo che aveva preceduto le date del nostro soggiorno) ci avrebbe risparmiato "battere i denti".
   Inoltre la struttura presenta limiti enormi dal punto di vista dell'isolamento termico.
   L'abbaino centrale, progettato per dare luminosità durante il giorno, impedisce la penombra all'alba!!!!
   Il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione complessiva. E NON SI TRATTA DI ASPETTI ESTETICI!!

   La posizione e' molto buona. Centrale, comoda per scaricare i bagagli e nel mio caso ho trovato un parcheggio vicino lungo la strada. In caso contrario il costo del parcheggio pubblico non sarebbe stato trascurabile. La struttura e' carina e l'appartamento molto spazioso. Molto disponile il personale.

   Particolare apprezzamento meritano la cordilità e la disponibilità del personale. La posizione strategica dellla strttura è stata determinante per l'ottma riuscita della vacanza; essendoci con noi tre bimbi piccoli non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà a raggiungere la via principale di San Gimignano

   La scarsissima pulizia della struttua è stata l'unica nota negativa

   Great location to visit town after the majority of visitors had left. Easy access to the restaurants of which there were many in all price ranges and quality.

   Difficult to find the property initially, also we were not aware that we would have to use a public car park at quite considerable cost.

   The apartment is conveniently located and well "kitted out", although it would have been nice to have a kettle (we British!) and / or microwave or oven as opposed to just having a hob. Otherwise, it's an extremely comfortable apartment with very good service from our hosts and very well situated indeed. We can't really recommend this place too highly!

   There was a problem with mosquitos from an internal (!) well but this will be addressed we believe. Also, forgive me, but air conditioning would make the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, though, these are very minor things.
