   la posizione in città, la comodità di parcheggio, l'accesso ai mzzi pubblici, la riservatezza dell'appartamento, l'arredo dell'appartamento e la sua funzionalità, l'atmosfera "calda".

   non ci sono aspetti negativi. Bisognerebbe migliorare alcuni accessori nel bagno di sotto (portaasciugamani, copriwater) e rinnovare le stoviglie (sprattutto le posate).

Dependance Crispi is a holiday apartment in a Liberty-style palace in a well-to-do area located in the heart of the town, between historical center and sea walk, with independent entrance via the garden.
Citrus-fruit trees are accessible to the Guests in the shared garden.

The dependence, with a total surface of 70sqm, is ideal also for 4 people thanks to the mezzanine.

Recently restored and provided with Air conditioning, the apartment presents very nice rooms and furniture of the end of '800.

It is composed of a Living room with cooking area including mini bar and crockery and a tv.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (one of which with vaulted ceiling and antique floor) served by 2 bathrooms with shower and Hairdryer

At the Guests disposal a Garage is available at short distance at a special price.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to host people without prior permission of the Management and identity documents of the guests.
