   Lovely spacious apartment for 2 people, with everything you could need if you wanted to cook. Mosquito nets on all the windows. Great shower. Easy walking distance to the walled city of Lucca. Owner very friendly and helpful.

   No complaints!

   This is a very nice apartment in a really good location very close to the walled city. The owners Aldo and Cinzia were very kind and did there best to make our stay pleasant. We stayed a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was spotlessly clean and with quality fittings. It was quiet and convenient with 2 good supermarkets 5 mins walk away and especially good since the owners let us use their bikes for free which is a fantastic thing to do in Lucca. A few minutes and you are in the wonderful old town. Especially good to ride around on top of the city walls. Also not far to the station.

   The bed was a bit firm for my liking but so are many in Europe and Asia.
   The owners who live upstairs, although super kind and willing to help obviously have a busy life and sometimes we felt a bit awkward disturbing them to ask for things.

   I had the use of a bicycle(s) which is very useful in Lucca. The owner was helpful in every way. I had control of heating as it was very cold when I was there. It was nice to find items like tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, salt and pepper in the kitchen on arrival.

   Bed linen and towels, while adequate, could be improved. Garden of apartment is not very private. The entrance to the apartment is in a lane and seems like a service entrance! A lot of noise (footsteps, doors and even voices) are heard in the apartment from where family lives above. The apartment is dark and one has the feeling of being in a basement. It is only suitable for a couple on their own. Some kitchen utensils were broken but in general kitchen was fairly well equipped. Use of BBQ if weather had permitted. Cushions for garden furniture needed.

   The apartment and it's owner aldo were both excellent, within ten minutes walk from Lucca but benefitting from an excellent garden. The nearby supermarket made lunches easy, while there are plenty of restaurants both nearby and in Lucca. there is a very nearby bus stop which made transport very easy. Both the beds and the shower were fantastic!

   perhaps the garden provided mosquitoes too much opportunity to feast on us.

   Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt in Lucca und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück funktionierte die Heizung einwandfrei! Die Lage war perfekt, einfach zu finden, schnell in der Altstsadt und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

   We enjoyed the apartment, plenty of room for out 2 years old toddler to run around. In 100 m a bar and a supermarket, in 500 m inside the wall's, great location.

   Wonderful experience and the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect. It took only 6 minutes to walk into the Historic Center of Lucca, 10 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus to Pisa airport. VERY CONVENIENT!!! I spent the entire month of November at the apartment and hated to leave.

   We rented both apartments, the top apartment is very spacious with a lovely balcony & has everything you need.The ground floor one is great for 2 people & benefits from opening out onto the garden. We found the garden area invaluable & was able to barbeque, which helps keep costs down. Aldo, the owner is very personable & helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Lucca.

   We were very happy with all aspects of our stay.The owners were so helpful with any enquiries.We were picked up from the train station on arrival which was much appreciated even though we were within walking distance. We were given access to the internet at Aldo's workplace which was 2mins away.The location was handy to most amenities and also to the old town.

   The apartment was clean, spacious and full of light. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and such to make beautiful meals. We loved the back yard gardens and patio. Perfect for morning breakfast and a glass of wine at the end of the day. The location couldn't have been better. Close to trains and other services. Lucca is a beautiful city, but somewhat busy. It was nice to be able to come back to our apartment only a short walk from the city center and have the beautiful back yard awaiting us. P.S. Great bathroom. We loved the huge shower.

   On a negative side, the bed was too firm for our liking. It made for quite uncomfortable sleeping. I finally moved on to the cot which was OK. My poor husband stuck it out on the bed and got very little sleep. I would recommend buying a more comfortable bed, or at least getting a feather bed mattress pad. We felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Thanks for letting us share our opinion.

   The apartment was very nicely set out and 'cool' to return to after a hot day. Mr Terigi was extremely kind and helpful and a gracious host. The situation was good, just 5 min walk to Lucca's walls, and the railway station and the apartment is located just a couple of minutes walk from an excellent supermarket, laundrette and restaurant. For most of my stay I was on my own and always felt safe both within the apartment and walking to and fro in the evenings. Mr Terigi was available at all times should any help or advice be required and I would very happily stay there again. Thoroughly recommended!

   Allthough location is outside Lucca walls its easy to walk to center and we enjoyd the quietly spot with the beautifull garden just outside our appartmentdoor. Well equiped kitchen and nice new restored allover appartment. Freindly and serviceminded hostes. We really enjoid our stay and would like to visit Lucca and casa-zia-beppina again.    indubbiamente la familiarità, la riservatezza e la sincera cortesia dei padroni di casa che cia hanno accolti; vista la strategica posizione rispetto al centro storico di Lucca e di contro alla zona servita da supermercato, negozi di vario genere e uscita autostradale la struttura recettiva è sicuramente sita in una posizione ottimale per far si che il soggiorno risulti comodo per il raggiungimento di ogni meta; ancora e secondo noi molto importante la tranquillità che si gode nella zona che rende anche il solo stare in casa decisamente piacevole.
