   Die Eigentümerin hat für uns die Organisation von und zum Flughaben organisiert, hat gut funktioniert. Wir wurden bereits im Appartment erwartet, wo uns alles erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Flasche Wein stand zur Begrüßung bereit. Eigentümerin war telefonisch und per e-mail jederzeit erreichbar.

   Die Wohnung liegt in einem großen Wohnkomplex, die Wände scheinen sehr dünn zu sein, man hört immer wieder Lärm aus den anderen Wohnungen ( war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wir in Einfamilienhäusern wohnen ). Ein Mieter beginnt schon um 6h30 morgens lautstark zu singen.

   Ogni camera dispone del suo bagno interno, questo ci ha agevolato molto noi eravamo sei persone, inoltre trovo utilissimo avere a disposizione il forno a microonde. Altro punto a favore è la posizione, si raggiunge a piedi la metropolitana linea A "Re di Roma" in dieci minuti. Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.

Holiday Apartment Casa Rubino is placed on the ground floor of a building, with entrance from the garden, near the San Giovanni's zone in Laterano. The apartment is centrally located, accessible and away from traffic noise.

Casa Rubino is a recently refurbished apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, warm and bright, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony.

Each room has its own bathroom and you can choose between the bedroom purple, green and yellow.

Holiday Apartment Casa Rubino offers bed linen and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioners, hot and cold in each room, wi-fi and TV in every room.

At the table there is room for 6 people and the pantry is always provided the tea, sugar, coffee, salt and extra virgin olive oil local production.

Upon arrival at Holiday Apartment Casa Rubino guests will find a bottle of wine and typical regional products, respect of the house.
