   The location of the apartment was very convienent. It was centrally located and within walking distance (which we did) to many of the major attractions. For those that weren't close there are the the underground and bus within 2 blocks. Wonderfully close to the nightlife at the square. Place had all the ameneties that were described, but we didn't use any of them except the frig in the kitchen.

   The bed was on a loft up a set of stairs. It looks cool, but also dangerous in that there are no guard rails to prevent you from getting up in the middle of the night, forgetting where you and and plunging down into the livingroom table. So we slept on the futon. The apartment we got (evidently there are two) was on the 4th floor. It's a walk up and was huffing and puffing upon bringing up the luggage. Older folks and those with mobility problems should not stay here. No elevator. A bit expensive

   The apartment is very poorly designed. To enter the toilet one has to go through the kitchen. The kitchen and toilet have the same enterance.
   The apartment and untensils were dirty. The owner demand a security deposit over and above the apartment price, which was not mentioned when booking. Not siutable for mature couples

   We enjoyed the location of the studio apartment and living among Romans and not tourists. The apartment was well equipped for us to do our own cooking and we appreciated the washing machine. The apartment was sheltered enough in the middle of the block so that local late night noise did not bother us too much and sometimes it was absolutely silent.

   We were not dissatisfied about this, however, it is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs (3 flights) to go up as well as stairs up to a loft with the main bed. There is no safety railing alongside the bed or the stairs.

   I was very positively surprised especially by Mrs Giuseppe warm welcome. He gave us a set of very useful information and recommendations, really appreciated! The studio is perfectly located, cosy, modest but comfortable for 2 or even 3 persons. And really excellent prize for such location. I highly recommend for those who seek for good location with taste of true Rome.

   We highly recommend others to stay in this B&B. The room/flat is very "Roman" and is situated in a quiet alley in the heart of Rome. You are close to most sights and interesting monuments. The landlord vas very helpful and really wanted us to have a good experience of this town!

   Very quiet, and comfortable. Very close to all attractions in Rome. The landlord was quite nice and helpfull.

   Die Unterkunft war einfach, aber der Hausherr bot uns an, die Küche zu benützen. Es war sehr zentral, wir konnten viel zu Fuß entdecken. Der Hausherr spricht mehrere Sprachen.
