The Villa develops onto 3 levels: the groundfloor, the second floor and the garret, where you find a residence consisting of two-room apartments and studio flats

- Studio Ray: 30 sqm, composed of bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom and terrace with panoramic view over the greenery.

Studio Fabrizia: on 2 levels, 45 sqm. On the 1st level: bedroom and bathroom; on the 2nd level: living room, kitchen area, bathroom and terrace with panoramic view over the greenery.
