   La mancanza di finestre nella stanza e l'impossibilità di coprire un punto luce che dava sul corridoio comune (con luce accesa tutta la notte)

   Convenient location and helpful manager who answered questions and gave good information on resturants and places of interest.

   Shower door did not close well and was a little narrow. The garbage fire on the street outside the hotel added unexpected interest to our stay! Napolie's garbage disposable problem is not very conduceive for tourism and will present a human health problem sooner or later. Can't Italian politicians solve this problem?

   Everything was OK. Spacious and clean rooms, good bedding, normal bathroom, but only one towel per person. Good location near the railway station to take the trains for Sorento, Vesuvio,

   Breakfast was not included in the price although we booked bed and breakfast?
   Although breakfast is not expensive it is not worth paying. It would be better to allow guests to prepare coffee smth for breeakfast by themselves.
   

Hotel Zara recently has been renovated to offer the customer the right atmosphere between simplicity and elegance.

It has rooms furnished with an elegant natural kind of wood which with their wide space inside could host a family.

Hotel Zara proposes cheap rates for young people and, for is also ideal for a business man that needs quite, privacy and technology.

All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, heating/ air conditioning, TV, central radio system, phone, internet access and depurated water.

Hotel Zara offers a nice quite TV/sat room, a little library with English books where it is possible to borrow or exchange them.

There is an Internet point with fiber optical connection (LAN) situated in a nice bar area where could be a pleasure to gather with friends or family or to converse with new people.
