   La cortesia del personale

   Il cambio della camera prenotata (da matrimoniale a tripla sempre allo stesso prezzo) mi ha "regalato" la finestra su via Marsala anzicchè su via Milazzo con enorme disturbo acustico durante la notte. Il bagno angusto, poco agevole, doccia decisamente no.

   location was great, walking distance to all major interesting places, the price was very good for this location

   it was really noisy and very difficult to sleep...

   the staff was very helpful, if we needed any information about where to go and how, they always helped us. Room service was good. And the location is brilliant, just next to the Terminal.

   The elevator was not good, it broke two times, and we had to walk the stairs... (4 levels) A little noisy. but overall a good hotel for short holidays, not more than 3-4 days.

   there was a lot of noise from other guests,schoolclasses.They wanted to charge me the morning I left, but I had a recied on the restpayment. Even then they wanted my creditcardinformations which they didn`t get.
