   The hotel was in a great central location in Buonconvento. The rooms were modern and very clean. Staff on reception very friendly and welcoming.

   The wii did not work in our 1st floor bedroom very well.
   
   Breakfast room could do with some music, seemed very cold and sterile - staff in this area could do with being more cheerful.

   A pleasant modern hotel in a very nice little town.

   The breakfast room in the basement was a little stark, but the hotel rooms were clean and modern.

   wonderful location for taking day trips. parking was excellent. town was charming.

   being without a lift for two days was an inconvenience. the lack of screens caused the room to have many flies which was quite annoying.
