   Great location. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning.

   Very hard to find the check in office which is separate from the hotel. Unless your car is the size of a Fiat 500 or smaller, do not drive into town to unload baggage! The street is extremely narrow and difficult to drive through. The rooms are Euro-modern, which is very spare and not everyone's taste. We hated our bed which was either a water bed or an air mattress, not sure which. I defy anyone to shower without substantial spil into the room. This is a young person's hotel, not recommented for "mature" travelers like us.

   Die Reception war nicht beim Hotel selber, was im Bestätigungsmail nicht ersichtlich. Per Zufall und nach einiger Wartezeit haben wir andere Hotelgäste gesehen und fragen können. Für diese fehlende Info gibt es ein sattes "sehr schlecht"

   Nice breakfast and good shower. Interesting decor

   The rooms needed some renovation - they were a bit shabby in places and very spartan with nothing on the walls. There was no internet or incoming phone service which was disappointing.

   The location really was fantastic. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the main piazza and lake. The breakfast variety was amazing, everything you may want to eat was on offer. The staff were very friendly and the young hotel receptionist was very helpful.

   The only downside to being so close to the piazza was a few early morning wake up calls ranging from the market setting up to the hosing down of the piazza, clearing up from the night before, gardening and empty bottle recycling!
