   la tranquilidad del ámbiente, su personal atento, sus instalaciones, sin dudarlo volverré a elegirlo, si vuelvo ha visitar la zona.

   poco o nada, como mucho y es extensible al agroturismo italiano, su mala señalización, estuve un rato, dando vueltas porque no lo encontraba.

   E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo agriturismo e penso che ci ritorneremo perchè l'ambiente è molto bello e rilassante, l'ideale anche per ragazzi e bambini. Inoltre l'ospitalità dei proprietari è veramente ottima.

La Speranza Farmholiday is situated in Maremma, in the province of Grosseto, recently restored and divided into 10 distinct apartments which maintain the traditional style of Maremma: high ceilings with beams, large rooms, beds in wrought iron, Tuscan country furniture.

All the apartments have a living/dining room with kitchen area completely equipped, bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning (heat and cold). In each apt one or two beds can be added. One apartament with handicapped facilities

At the Ground floor there are 3 apartments with two double rooms, living/dining room with kitchen area + 2 apartments with one double room, living/dining room with kitchen area.

On Top floor there are 4 apartments with two double room, living/dining room with kitchen area, 1 apartment with one double room, living/dining room with kitchen area.

The farm has a cosy common room with open fire place, TV, sofa, a kitchen area where breakfast is served (and dinner for special occasions organised by the owners).

Our farm has large outdoor areas, a sheltered area, pool, tennis/mini soccer court, bocce court, bicycles, grass area with barbecue and oven as well as a small sauna situated in a relaxing setting in the countryside. There are outdoor umbrellas and sun chairs

The common room and the outdoor areas may also be used for different occasions such as ceremonies, conferences and meetings held over different days.
