   Warm welcome and efficient check - in. Comfortable accommodation - well equipped kitchen. Had two excellent meals in the restaurant. With a car it was easy to access all the notable tourist attractions from Lucca to Siena to Florence. We were not there in Summer but the pool and gardens would make a wonderful holiday in warm weather. We had cool weather but our unit was well heated.

   The only thing we would have liked would have been better lighting in the living room - after dark it was very difficult to see well enough to read

   Avremo voluto soggiornare nelle bellissime stanze del BB ,ma avevamo l'appartamento.....Pazienza

   It was a super relaxing atmosphere and extremely good food at reasonable prices.

   The Masi family and their staff are WONDEFUL! We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The apartments were charming and comfortable and the grounds were absolutely perfect for relaxation and play. We enjoyed tennis and long walks and the pool as well as letting the kids roam the grounds or play on the playground. The gardens even offered a perfect setting for our private Easter Egg hunt. There was a church within walking distance and the ability to order groceries for delivery was so convenient. We did need to rent a car to sightsee but it was well worth it. Since we were there for Easter, Luciana hosted a special concert with delicious refreshments which were absolutely fantastic. And on top of all this, we were able to enjoy the convenience and delicious taste of the food at Casa Masi, their restaurant on site. Fabulous! I'm truly looking forward to staying there again and visiting this wonderful family and their sweet dogs and cats in the future. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

   The staff at Borgo San Benedetto was phenomenal at making sure our needs were met. The only negative I can say about our experience would be not understanding there was an additional charge for heating; but that was simply a lack of communication. Just make sure you turn off your thermostat when not needed. We also wished they had offered a daily special at their restaurant, Casa Masi, so we could have enjoyed more of their delicious Tuscan cooking. We pretty much ate through their menu choices by the third day but I guess that gave us the encouragement to try other places in town as well as cooking for ourselves. The only down side to that was hitting the time of day right to find places that were actually open for business. Again, Borgo San Benedetto was a fantastic place to stay!

   Warm welcome, good facilities, especially the two pools, and the peace and quiet of the place. Location covenient, particularly for Pisa and San Gimignano. Good PAM supermarket nearby, and a nice restaurant a couple of km up the road in Mura. Both Delia and Francesca were very helpful

   The tennis court net needs attention if you are a serous player
