   il posto è stupende è anche l'appartamento.. pero l'indicazioni come arrivare non siano sufficenti , non ci sono carteloni che indicano il posto.. da nessuna parte della strada.

   We were satisfied in general. The owner was helpful when needed. The only restriction is that we found that the access to the house was long and difficult. The house is very far from a main road. The road to get there is steep and in relatively poor condition. It is a really negative point to my pointof view The rest was OK.

   Il casale e' bellissimo

   Si dovrebbe specificare meglio la posizione ,poiche' non e' proprio a Cortona e la strada x arrivare al casale non e' molto bella x fortuna ke non era in pieno inverno e se nevicava ?

   A marvellous location, only bird and wind noises, great views on the hills, close to major points of interests like Cortona, very friendly owner.

   The apartment on top of ours was very noisy, due to the construction of the house (stone on stone).

Farmhouse Villa Cuiano, recently restored is on the border between Umbria and Tuscany in one of the most beautiful places in Italy: the art and history of its cities, the landscape of green and unique for the pleasures of the table are expressed here with the oil produced by our company and our fruits and vegetables.

The house is divided into five apartments: The Lodge, The Stalletta, La Stalla, La Loggia, La Cantina and 20 meters is Casa Luca, all independent, furnished with central heating and four of them have fireplaces.

All apartments of Farmhouse Villa Cuiano have satellite TV, stereo, CD player, fully equipped kitchen for a holiday in complete autonomy.

The garden behind the villa has a spectacular view over the valley and mountains of Umbria Niccone, and has outdoor furniture ideal to outdoor dining, equipped with barbecue, oven for pizza and grill.

In the center of the garden, on an embankment, there is the pool for the exclusive use of guests (12x6m).
