Podere Poggetto is a Farmhouse which lies near Barberino val d'Elsa, among the gentle hills of the famous Chianti area. It is a region with a high cultural interest that goes from Florence to Siena.

The Farmhouse stretches on a vast surface of about 16 hectares on which typical cultivations of grape wine and olive trees, merge in the beautiful landscape of the Chianti scrub. Since the estate is part of a protected area, several species of animals can be found on the property.

The Farmhouse stands in the middle of the property and it is divided in three apartments:

- The first apartment, on ground floor, stretches on 80 square meters and can accommodate from 4 to 6 guests.

It is composed of two double bedded spacious rooms, a bathroom with bath tub and a very comfortable living room in which a fireplace and a new extra furnished kitchen can be found.

- The second apartment, situated on the first floor, can accommodate from 6 to 8 guests and has a surface of 120 square meters.

It is composed of 3 double bedded rooms, two bathrooms, one with bath tub, the other with a shower, a spacious living room in which a new extra furnished kitchen and a fireplace can be found and a beautiful solarium from which a unique view of the hills can be seen.

- The Third is situated in front of the house, can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests. It is composed of one double bed-room, a bath-room and a very comfortable living-room in which a fireplace and the new extra furnished kitchen can be found.

All apartments have been finely renewed and furnished keeping the same old Chianti country style.

Very next to the building, spaces have been conceived to delight our guests' stay: a round swimming pool, a pallaio to play bowls, a playground for kids with a swing and a slide, a table tennis and a wonderful big brick barbecue where guests can grill their own meat.
