   Per il poco tempo che aveva a disposizione l'addetto alla conduzione è stato molto attento e cortese.

   Ho prenotato la camera con due letti separati, però la signora mi aveva assicurato che potevano essre uniti,cosa che non si è potuto fare. La cucina era era in condizioni disastrose.

   Praticamente nulla di quanto scritto sulla prenotazione era un servizio effettivamente dato: niente asciugacapelli, niente televisore in camera, non parliamo di collegamento internet poi, bagno sporco, niente riassetto delle camere, l'orario della cosiddetta colazione variava secondo gli impegni del personale così quando dovevamo uscire presto la colazione non abbiamo potuto farla, viceversa quando potevamo dormire fino alle 8 alee 7.30 veniva bussato alla porta che si doveva fare colazione. All'arrivo ( dopo aver annunciato più volte l'orario, la sera dopo le 20! ) non c'erano a disposizione gli asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto asciugarci con la carta igienica. A completare il tutto per l'ultima notte siamo stati obbligati a cambiare camera perchè c'era stato un loro errore nelle prenotazioni, questa camera molto più piccola aveva però il televisore che naturalmente non funzionava. Inoltre girava una persona strana: non era nè ospite nè faceva parte del personale... Per il pagamento da farsi subito all'arrivo (nonostante la caparra inviata...) poi volevano una maggiorazione del 2,5% se effettuato con bancomat o carte di credito: questo non era stato assolutamente specificato prima. Per l'igiene carente e i dubbi su come effettuano i pagamenti suggerisco di approfondire, noi siamo stati molto vicini a chiamare la Guardia Di Finanza.

   Gostei da localização, pertinho do Vaticano, supermercado, restaurantes e algumas quadras do metrô. Os quartos são aconchegantes e confortáveis. Os banheiros são de tamanho médio e os boxes são pequenos, o que dificulta um pouco o banho. Além disso, o serviço é muito bom, o atendente é solicito, simpático e muito prestativo.

   Infelizmente não disponibilizam toalhas. O café da manhã é muito simples (café ou café com leite e um pão um pouco adocicado). O Meu quarto tinha televisão, mas não funcionava bem, a imagem não era nítida e o som também. Além disso, nem todos os quartos tinham televisão.

   Il prezzo e la posizione.

   La poca serietà che é stata avendo dovuto aspettare più di tre ore per poter entrare nella struttura per fare il check-in perché il personale era assente; senza informarci sapendo loro del nostro arrivo.
   Il personale mi doveva restituire dei soldi dal primo giorno in cui ho pagato la tariffa e fu io a dover chiederne l'ultimo giorno.
   Mancanza di coperte, cuscini, lampadine...

   struttura centralissima di fronte "ingresso musei vaticani" . Lo consiglio a chi non ha pretese particolari per la posizione centrale, che ti consente di muoverti tranquillamente. La struttura è accettabile.

   peccato che tutte le stanze non avevano il bagno in camera anche se vi erano fuori stanza tre bagni per soddisfare le esigenze di chi alloggiava, ma la mattina erano tutti occupati per esigenze varie e si doveva fare continui andirivieni.

   Location was great, felt very safe. Room was clean, and so were the bathrooms. Overall a very good option for that price. Certainly next time i'm in rome will stay there.

   Breakfast was a little strange, I mean by that the muffins and the croissant out of a bag, and only toast and strawberry jam.
   You have to ask for wi-fi. If you don't know they have this facility you won't get it.

   Localização excelente para quem quer conhecer a cidade a pé. O preço inclui pequeno almoço, que apesar de não ser muito variado é suficiente.

   As camas são pouco confortáveis.
   A cozinha é extremamante pequena, quase impossível de se usar a não ser para coisas simples como o pequeno almoço ou um lanche.

   I was suprised that the lokation of "The Right Place" is so good. Two stations of the underground, bus station and the vatican museum were nearly, thats why i find this "hotel" comfortable. (But only location, not more)

   I was very satisfied of "The Right Place" at that moment, when i saw a door of our room, which was super dirty and sticky and which i must clean with my own hands. Speaking about the other problems of the "hotel", I can say that the kitchen, where the staff cooks tee and washed the cups is disgusting. I have never seen so awful kitchen. The decision was to buy a new cups and don t approach to the kitchen.
   Next three days our room was not washed, the garbage stinked , although at 10 o'clock we were always out.
   In two days after that we found our room opening, despite I always closed the door and always checked. The questions are: "What did the staff do in our room, why he did not clean (the room) and close?"
