   Zimmer und andere Räume (Bad, Küche, Essbereich) sehr modern und neu eingerichtet (Ikea =)), sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Bettwäsche alle drei Tage. Alle Räume klimatisiert. Davide war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für das Auto gab es eine Garage (bei den Straßenverhältnissen ein Segen). Wasser und Kaffee zur freien Verfügung, der Kühlschrank (+ komplette Küche) dürfen mitbenutzt werden. Wir können das B&B wirklich weiterempfehlen!

   Das Frühstück besteht aus Fertigprodukten (Toast, Marmelade, Nutella, Müsli und Cerealien, Joghurt) und muss bei Interesse an gesunder Ernährung von außen (Supermarkt,...) aufgewertet werden.

   Die Neuwertigkeit dieses BB und der unschlagbare Preis sind wirklich überzeugend. Das Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes aber völlig ausreichend. Der Blick über den See entschädigt für alles. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und sprechen Englisch. Der Service ging soweit, dass sie uns zu später Stunde noch in enem nahegelegenen Restaurant, welches eigentlich schon geschlossen hatte, einen Tisch reservierten. Dieses Restaurant, LaBreva, ist nur zu empfehlen. Ein fabelhafter Blick über den See, schickes Ambiente, sehr guter Service und absolut gerechtfertigte Preise. So stelle ich mir das italienische Essen vor.

   Im Prinzip ist es nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn man es vorher gewusst hätte. Das BB besteht nur aus drei Zimmern. Aus diesem Grund gibt es keine Rezeption. Als wir ankamen, war niemand da. Am Tor, neben der Klingel, steht eine Handynummer, die angerufen werden muss, damit der Besitzer kommt. Dies stand aber nirgendwo. Nach einiger Zeit hat uns ein Nachbar darauf hingewiesen und dann ging alles sehr sehr schnell. Wie gesagt, eine Kleinigkeit, aber ohne Handy wäre man aufgeschmissen gewesen.

   Very modern and clean, with an beautiful view from the balcony of Lake Como. Davide was welcoming and courtesy. The town of Lierna is quiet, small, and generally what you would expect with a local variety store and several restaurants in walking distance. Very dark at night, great view of the stars and lights from the village across the lake. We would definitely recommend this location to other families visiting the region.

   En general es un sitio muy recomendable, en una buena zona para hacer diferentes visitas por el lago. Se agradece que dispongas de una cafetera para ponerte un cafe cuando quieras y agua y zumos en la nevera.

   Es algo muy impersonal el desayuno pues tiernes que ponertelo tu y lo que si es muy incompleto, aqui los que no les guste lo dulce estan perdidos. Tienes bollos dulces , pan de molde para hacer tostadas , mantequilla y mermeladas, cereales y el café que te lo pones tu. Se hecha muy en falta un poco de queso , jamón etc

   Very nice owners, all as described in this site, beautiful views from windows, balconies, rooms are big and bathrooms are great! Breakfast is very plain but we knew it and bought some deserts at the restaurant we have been eating at the evening (we have been so full up so couldn't coop the deserts) and eat it for breakfast (there is a fridge)

   I would add some personal tough to the rooms: mirror and a few pictures to the walls. Plus some spare pillows for the comfort sleeping as they are too flat.

   Thomas und Nicola waren mit dem Motorrad hier, es hat uns gut gefallen, das Bad ist toll, das Bett bequem. Herzlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer, netter Kontakt. Lockerer unkomplizierter Aufenthalt! Sehr schöne Lage am See. gute Erreichbarkeit, schöne Parkmöglichkeiten. Weiterhin viel Erfolg!

   We've stayed in more than 10 B&Bs in the last month and this was definetely the best in terms of space/comfort. We were on the top floor of a building, had a room and a bathroom (hallway and kitchen was shared with another room) that were spacious, clean and IKEA-appointed. The best thing was the kitchen with the balcony and the fact that the owner so generiously stocked the fridge with water/yogurt/milk etc. and breakfast items so that we could have breakfast whenever and also use the amenities or snack anytime. This was very appreciated and made the stay so much more relaxing. Typical sweet italian breakfast but lots of choice and even fruit.

   The house is not really close to anything i.e. you need to take a car to go anywhere but this is not really an issue as the point of lake Como is to go around to all the villages.

   Das Zimmer wie das Bad waren sehr sauber.Das Bad gross und neu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefuehlt. Am morgen konnte man auf dem Balkon fruehstuecken, mit Blich in die Berge und auf den See. Das Fruehstueck war in Ordnung, es war immer frisches Obst da.Das einzige, aber das ist wohl eher fuer jeden anders, wir haben Kaese oder mal ein Brot, statt Toast, ersehnt. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!
