   Our room was quiet, large and spacious, was clean and seemed newly fitted-out. The bathroom was new, there was a lot of storage space, and free wi-fi. The building itself was very old with lots of character. Our room led straight into the building's entry passage/driveway so we could come and go freely. The location was excellent: close to the minimetro station linking to Perugia's main railway station, but also, central to the heart Perugia itself. Perugia, which might be one of Italy's most underrated towns, is very hilly with lots of high ridges and winding streets so it is best to stay in a central location. Also, it is a wonderful town to just sit in the main squares in the evening (there are several bustling, beautiful squares to choose from) and Bed and Breakfast San Fiorenzo is central to them, making the location ideal. Hosts Luigi and Monica were wonderful. So warm and easy to deal with. Luigi offered excellent advice about the town, day trips and local restaurants. Breakfasts were great, in a large, beautiful room. The breakfast might be a little on the sweet side for non-Europeans, but that is true of most places in Italy. Hot fresh coffee was served which is the most important thing.

   In fact all good words about the bb are truth, including hospitable and very helpful owners.

   Sound isolation, but it's normal for such old buildings. I used to take earplugs for night for such occasions, so it isn't a problem for me at all.

   l'ubicazione e' sicuramente ottimale, la gentilezza e la disponibilita' del signor Luigi e della signora Monica e' stata da noi molto apprezzata. E' una struttura che , se necessario, riutilizzeremo.

   La "suite" minor è molto bella : ampia e luminosa è frutto di un accurato restauro ed è arredata con molto gusto. Le atrezzature e gli impianti sono di elevato standard qualitativo. I proprietari sono persone squisite e molto professionali : i loro suggerimenti (circa mezzi di tasporto, località da visitare, ecc.) ci sono stati utilissimi ed hanno notevolmente contribuito alla riuscita della vacanza. Ottima la colazione!!

   Nessun aspetto negativo.

   Ces hôtes charmants ont sus restaurer avec goût leur ancienne demeure et nous avons trouvé calme et fraîcheur dans la spacieuse suite parentale au plafond voûté qui nous était allouée. A deux pas du centre ville, voilà un excellent point de chute pour visiter Pérouse et Assise.
