   Es war einfach wünderschön und super zentral, es ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, ein besseren ausgangspunkt gibt es kaum. Wir sind alles zu Fuss abgelaufen. Das Zimmer war echt gemütlich.

   Leider wurde aber mit keinem Wort erwähnt, das der Schlüssel um die Ecke zwei Häuser weiter abgeholt werden muss. Durch Zufall kam ein anderer Gast, der uns darüber informierte.

   Avevamo prenotato due stanze e invece ci hanno dato un appartamento squallidissimo e freddo, con un solo bagno senza chiave in cui mancava addirittura il sapone.
   Assolutamente da non ripetere.

   The rooms were very modern and clean. The location was perfect- everything you need to see in Rome is within walking distance. The staff was helpful and let us drop off our luggage early, and leave it later than check out time the next day (since we weren't leaving until the evening). I would stay here again!

   Once we arrive we actually had to walk our luggage to the "sister" hotel a couple blocks away. Also, the breakfast location was a few blocks from the hotel. Another funny thing- our toilet was in our shower. It wasnt a big deal, as the shower was really big, it was just funny.

   Condizioni genarali pessime,scelta da non ripetere assolutamente.
   Per un problema tecnico alla camera che avevamo prenotato tramite la visione delle foto sul Vostro sito,ci è stata assegnato un appartamento del tutto fatiscente (la camera da letto misurava mt.2x,2 il letto era attaccato al muro, mancavano le saponette nel bagno, gli asciugamani ruvidi e infine non abbiamo potuto fare colazione perchè il bar indicato dalla direzione era chiuso.

   very friendly staff; perfect location; it was possible to leave the luggage in the b&b on the last day of our stay (plane left in the evening); perfectly clean and tidy; nice furniture and bathroom equipment

   on the entrance of the building is no sign to guide you to the b&b which is on the 4th floor; the reception is about 100 m away which however is not written on the door of the b&b

   Per quanto riguarda la residenza San Pantaleo in piazza San Pantaleo siamo pienamente soddisfatti. Ottima la posizione, buona l'accoglienza e la struttura.

   La prima notte, avvisandoci il giorno del nostro arrivo,ci hanno fatto soggiornare in un altra residenza in Vicolo Cancelleria a 50 metri da San Pantaleo. La camera era bella e spaziosa, ma con un soppalco raggiungibile tramite un scala molto ripida decisamente pericolosa avendo anche dei bambini. Lo stesso dicasi della scala per raggiungere la residenza.
   La cosa brutta era il vicolo buio sporco e residenza di senzatetto.

   La ubicación es excelente pero una gran decepción fue la llegada a San Pantaleo. Nos recepcionó un joven que hace la limpieza que después de mantenernos en la entrada un largo rato y con mucho calor nos entregó un dormitorio cuyo lavavo estaba tapado. Al día siguiente salimos temprano y al regresar 15.30 hs. el cuarto estaba sin aseo y el lavabo continuaba tapado. Nos dijeron que habían tenido mucho trabajo razón por la cual no asearon el dormitorio. Continuaban a cargo del lugar los jóvenes de la limpieza que poco hablaban italiano e inglés. Habían retenido el pasaporte de mi marido y ponian escusas para devolverlo.Tras mucho insistir para comunicarnos con el responsable del lugar logramos viniera una señorita muy amable que entendió nuestra situación. Nos entregó el pasaporte y nos retiramos.

   La resepción está a cargo del personal de limpieza. Se trata de personal extranjero que no dominan ni el italiano ni el inglés.
   Al llamar la atención por no encontrar la habitación limpia a las 15 hs ni el lavatorio destapado como lo habíamos solicitado el día de ingresar, nos respondieron que tenían mucho trabajo.
   A mi marido le retuvieron el pasaporte hasta que cancelara la cuenta. Nosotros habíamos hecho una reserva de euros 190 que ya había sido cobrada. Frente a esta situación nos retiramos.
