   Had a very bad experience with the staff. He changed my room without my approval or consent!!! and he was very rude about it whole situation when I confronted him. He didnt apologies infact have a verbal match with me...
   
   And after that I felt very unsafe .... who know what will happen next!!
   
   Overall due the above reason I will always have a bad memory for Florence, though it a lovely place.
   
   This guys ruined my visit.

   The room was clean and bright. The beds were made daily, clean towels every 3 days though. The location was great, it was easy to walk to the train station and other sites and neighborhoods.

   I do not understand why this place is called a "bed and breakfast" There is no breakfast provided and when we asked for a recommendation for a place to have breakfast, the staff told us that "Italians don't eat breakfast, we barf at the thought of scrambled eggs" (I did not get a chance to explain that I don't eat eggs or drink coffee). In general, during my stay, the staff was a bit rude and condescending.
   We had to buy toilet paper because they only gave us one small roll for the entire week. We provided our own soap and bath gel because they gave us enough for only one day. The mornings can be noisy because of the metro and train station being so close.

   the room was not ready when it was supposed to be , the owner,also the cleaner was rude and unhelpful in every way. rooms were pleasant and suited us perfectly for we needed to be near station.very noisy and the window,or shutters we locked shut so you couldnt open them .Our computer charging ,disabled the aircon as well. not happy jan.
