   Betreuer äußerst nett! Das Familienzimmer war für uns 4 (Kids sind 13 u 15) toll: 1 großes Doppelbett u großes ausgezogenes Sofa, noch gut Platz um sich zu bewegen trotz unseren vielen Taschen, großes Fenster, eigenes Bad/WC und soger Kühlschrank! An verkehrsreiche Straße, daher gut zu erreichen, dafür laut (was in einer Großstadt eher normal ist...). Da im 5. Stock und Klimaanlage vorhanden, hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Im Großen und Ganzen: kein Luxus, aber angenehm, nett, sicher, vernünftiger Preis und hat für uns als Familie vollkommen gereicht.

   Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile; la colazione era buona ed abbondante; la stanza era grande

   Nel bagno mancavano completamente dei ganci dove appendere i teli che così restavano bagnati; mancava supporto per sapone nella doccia e supporto per telefono nella doccia. arredi (tende, ecc) impolverati

   La cortesia dei gestori.

   Troppo rumoroso. Si sentiva il traffico nonostante si trovi al 5° piano (gli infissi sono datati). Il box doccia troppo angusto ed i mobili anche quelli datati e poco puliti (il divano e le due sedie). La ricezione dei programmi tv molto carente (pochi programmi e solo in bianco e nero).

   The location was perfect. It's near to Termini, so it's easily reachable with both underground lines and many buses. The accomodation was very silent, despite the fact that the it is near to Termini, in the middle of a wide street. Moreover, the bed was also silent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, both in English and Italian.:) The breakfast was Italian style, but it was satisfying (and whenever variable). The B&B is situated in a quarter full of Asian people, but there was not any problem with them. Anyway, if you like Chinese/Korean food, this accomodation is the best choice!!!

   The bathroom was little. It was hard to close the elevator's door properly on the ground floor. (I am not sure it's the accomodation's fault...)

TRA TUTTI I B&B DI ROMA è SENZA DUBBIO IL MIGLIORE! lo consiglio caldamente!

   Mr. fato is a very nice guy (The staff). Breakfast was good.

   The hotel is locating 5 Meters from the Train, couldn't sleep at night.
   Rooms are very small and don't feet to family with 3 kids.

   The room was a good value, the most inexpensive of those I checked. Everything worked. Bed was nice. Bathroom was modern and complete. Host Domenico was very helpful, arranged for a ride to Fiumcino, and a very early breakfast.

   Room and bathroom were very, very small. There was no common area (lounge or living room).
