   siamo arrivati dopo le 6 di sera e ci hanno fatto pagare 30 euro in piu per late check-in. e addirittura ci han detto que dopo le ore 21 erano 60 euro. e vorrei anche avvertire agli altri che, be´ si, essendo il chek out alle ore 10, a quell´ora incominciano a bussare alla porta per, cortesemente, riccordarvelo. ed é un 4 piano senza l´elevatore.

   Location and room were very good.

   although it was only the second floor, it was 92 stairs to the suites. It should be made clear that there are more steps than typical and as there is no elevator strength and fitness play a role.

   The room was large and the staff member with whom I dealt tried his best to make me feel comfortable. He was most helpful. Thanks

   I was concerned about having an offsuite bathroom, which can be inconvenient. The room was noisy when I opened the window at night.
   The breakfast could have more variety.
   Each room should have its own fridge.

   From the first day when I arrived, the best thing about N4U was Ephrem the great guy that takes care of the B&B. He is so nice and always looking to make your stay the best it can be. When I asked him some good restaurants he made perfect suggestions on everything from cafes to the wonderful restaurant 'angels' next door. The location of the B&B was perfect... just a minutes walk from the Duomo not to mention the beautiful building itself. I can say the next time I go back to Florence I will most definitely be staying at the N4U Guest House!

   The owner and the person who manged the guest house were lovely and very pleasant. The location was perfect. The large room and old painted ceilings are a big wow factor and really makes you feel you are in Florence.

   Not very satisfied as was unaware of the building works and the impact it would have on us. I wasn't aware our room didn't have ensuite facilities.
   I don't think that the guesthouse was at all ready to have guests as yet.
   I think it will be lovely once completed and when fully operational but I was mislead by the beautiful photographs and the perception that the guest house was fully operational.
   Having builders stay over in the guesthouse in the next room, sharing our bathroom facilities etc... was not ideal.

   Mi è piaciuta l'atmosfera e l'ambiente, studiato nei particolari, pulitissimo e anche i servizi igienici sono sempre tenuti igienizzati. L'accoglienza gentile e attenta. La location fantastica nel cuore di Firenze. Ti senti come a casa tua, consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare a Firenze in una struttura qualità prezzo ottima.

   Ho trovato un ambiente veramente molto bello,fascinoso e pulitissimo. Posizionato nel CUORE di firenze.Arredato con cura e molto gusto La gentilezza dello staff è stata eccezionale. Ho trovato i bagni pulitissimi e profumati.Veramente 10 punti a N4U...Ancora grazie tornerò presto!! Lo consiglio a tutti gli amici di BBPlanet
