   Perfect service, The nice staff was so kind to lend us four bikes so we could ride to the beach.

   A disappointing breakfast, which contained too much white bread and too little choice - but the coffee was good.

   Excellent location as the main reason for staying here was to visit Venice during our 2 night stay whilst driving from Slovenia up to Lake Como. Just half a mile from the ferry terminal to Venice, and the beach a similar distance in the opposite direction. 3 restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, well furnished, with an outside area to sit. Good variety at breakfast and the owner and staff were very welcoming and keen to offer information to make our stay enjoyable

   Other than visiting Venice there was not a lot to do around there without getting in the car, but that didn't matter to us.
   On arriving the first afternoon, we wanted to get into Venice asap, on coming back later at night we found we were unable to have a drink., although tea and coffee sachets were provided in the room (with a microwave) no milk or dried milk was provided, or any cutlery. My advice to the owner would be to fit a worktop in that area above the fridge and provide a kettle, cutlery and some milk. Other than that it was an excellent choice.

   I like to be there, a verry good haus , nice garden and a good vue to the vater
