   We arrived at the guesthouse and were warmly greeted by the owner. We had a lovely clean room and felt immediately settled. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would be happy to stay again.

   What a fantastic place to stay!! Beautiful house, fantastic surroundings and above all lovely hosts!! Rosanna and her husband made us more than welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxing and informative stay!! Bus information, eating in town you name it Rosanna would do her best to help us!! If you want a base that is close to Florence, Pisa, Siena and Chianti country then look no further. If you are going to Mugello to watch any Motorsport than this B&B is more than ideal. Thank you so much Rosanna it was a memorable stay!! Would highly recommend!!

   Ottima e splendida posizione a pochi chilometri da Firenze, facilmente raggiungibile in bus (dalle 6:00 alle 24:00)…..anche perché addentrarsi e parcheggiare all’interno della città è un’impresa! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera veramente accogliente ed estremamente pulita (così come il bagno), ospiti della signora Rosanna, una impeccabile e decisamente cortese padrona di casa con la quale ci siamo soffermati in piacevoli chiacchierate (impossibile non farlo data la sua gentilezza). Sicuramente un soggiorno da ripetere e CONSIGLIARE!!!! Paolo & Sonia (Parma)

   La casa è molto accogliente, circondata da un bellissimo giardino, le camere sono spaziose e arredate con cura. La signora Rosanna è molto gentile e disponibile. I miei bambini si sono subito innamorati di "Luna" , un cane dolcissimo che ci ha accolti con grandi feste. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere Firenze in autobus.

   Everything about our stay with Rosanna our gracious host was terrific. The directions she emails prior to arrival makes finding the place easy.The B&B is well signposted from Pratolino. Even though Le Ginestre was full to capacity due to the Moto GP, Rosanna managed to look after everyone with individual care. The fresh flowers in the room from her beautiful garden were a nice touch. The gardens are perfect for relaxing in, and the view from the balcony delightful. The easy access to Florence made it the perfect base for us. We will stay here in the future and I will be recommending it to friends.

   WE wanted a base where we could easily see the sites of Florence and be able to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. A short drive to the bus stop and into the heart of Florence was a breeze. The property inself is the best any of us have stayed in. The views from the hill are breath-taking, whilst the quality of the house & gardens leave most 4 Star hotels in the shade. WE all highly recommend it.

   Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e i padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili. Il posto è delizioso e la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile ! C'è anche un bel giardino attorno alla casa dove potersi rilassare in mezzo al verde, tempo permettendo. L'unico aspetto da tenere presente è che la posizione del B&B non è proprio comodissima da raggiungere. In compenso si respira un'aria fresca in mezzo alla collina fiorentina che nelle giornate di caldo fa sempre piacere !

   The location was very convenient if you want to visit Florence city.( 20 min. bustrip) The house en garden were very quiet and safe. We had the possession of distance gateopeners for entering with the car. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We could make use of the garden, the rooftop terrace with garden furniture. It was value for money and I would recommend this adres to my friends.

   Possiamo dire che il posto è incantevole, immerso nel verde e tutto intorno regna la tranquillità e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Firenze e altri piccoli paesetti molto affascinanti...La signora è una persona gentilissima e piena di attenzioni ed è sempre disponibile a consigliare i posti giusti dove gustare i piatti tipici toscani...!    Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. La signora è una persona gentilissima e piena di attenzioni. La località è affascinante e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Firenze. Regnano ordine, pulizia, disponibilità e bellezza toscana. Consigliatissimo.
