   Die Unterkunft (Zimmer und Bäder) ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und liegt strategisch gut zwischen Stadt und Strand. Bei der Beschreibung der Zimmer fehlt Auskunft darüber, dass die Bäder mit anderen Zimmern geteilt werden.

   - Jeden Tag zur selben Zeit, welche am ersten Tag seitens des Gastes festgelegt wird, pünktlich Frühstück
   - beim Frühstück steht die gesamte Zeit ein Mädel des Personals neben dem Frühstückstisch
   - der Aufschnitt wird in der Plastikverpackung serviert in der er gekauft wird (acuh wenn er schon alt ist)
   - Brötchen und Brot sind immer trocken
   - Es gibt Corn Flakes, jedoch keine Schälchen (auch bei Nachfrage nicht, wir aßen unsere Corn Flakes immer aus den Kaffeetassen)
   Insgesamt ist der Service sehr hausgemacht und ziemlich unprofessionell.

The Bed and Breakfast Lario is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, in the town of Dervio.

This charming Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the town center and from the shore of the lake.

B&B Lario is a new built house, with a private bathroom. Guests can take advantage of a hospitable and comfortable common room equipped with TV.

Those who love peace and relax can enjoy long walks on the lake and beautiful boat trips to get to the known lake sites like Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como.

For the sport lovers, Dervio is one of the most famous country for the practice of sailing: there are 3 sailing schools that organize courses for beginners and experts, and 1 school of windsurfing. You can also go fishing and kite-surfing.
