   Rosalba e Marco accolgono i loro ospiti in una magnifica cornice dal sapore familiare, con mille attenzioni ma in maniera genuina e soprattutto informale. Il calore della loro accogliente villa di campagna è sincero e la compagnia gradevolissima. L'ubicazione e le peculiarità della struttura la rendono particolarmente consigliata agli amanti della natura e degli animali, i bambini ne saranno entusiasti. E' un ideale rifugio per fuggire dalla città e ritrovare una dimensione più "umana".

   My wife and I stayed at La Riserva for two nights in March. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and surroundings, and the host family were extremely generous, warm and kind. They provided spectacular dinners (cost extra) that left us groaning! There was a nice family atmosphere in the dining room with its huge fireplace and trestle table. We enjoyed discussions of the locale and they were very interested in hearing about Japan too. They were very helpful about maps and directions; unfortunately we could not take advantage of their offer to give us a personal tour of Perugia, but we'd like to do that next time! The wife speaks English, which was a relief to us.

   The only thing I would say was that it was chilly -- but the host said the place was at its best in summer.

   Das B&B liegt in einer wunderschoenen Umgebung. Gemuetliches Zimmer, sehr freundliche, gastfreundliche und persoenliche Gastgeberin.

   Der Standort ist nicht gut beschrieben und deshalb schwierig zu finden, da das B&B ziemlich abgelegen ist.

B&B La Riserva is a XVI century farmhouse restyled and enlarged, placed in a dominant position in the countryside. It's at only 15 minutes from the historical center of Perugia, in the Natural Park of Tezio Mountain, known in the ancient times as the holiday resort of the Etruscan people living in Perugia.

The charming and relaxing landscape inspired the paintings by Perugino and Pintoricchio too. It's an unpolluted oasis, surrounded by a large garden in the green of olive threes, rosemary bushes and the scent jasmine and lavender, as well as the red of geraniums.

La Riserva with its furnishings typical of the Umbrian rural civilization and the respect for the culinary of Perugia, will help you to find the ideal place to relax and to be regerated.

A part of the house, the one devoted to B&B, is composed of a double bedroom with a private bathroom beside and has a separated entrance.

There is also a drawing room with TV and a garden with barbecue available for guests.

On the top floor there is available a spacious characteristic garret for 2 or 3 person with bathroom downstairs.
