   La struttura è veramente bellissima, e comprende un enorme giardino che si estende alle spalle della casa. La nostra camera era perfetta: pulita, accolgliente, con vista sul parco. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a dare infotmazioni su qali siano i dintorni più belli da visitare. La colazione è abbondate e soddisfacente, comprensiva di crostate fatte in casa.

   Il rumore delle macchine, che però svanisce quando vengano chiuse le finestre.

   Staff, room and cleanliness as well as location close to Perugia but in the vicinity of Tuscany was perfect.

Bed & Breakfast La Contea will give you the opportunity of living in a 16th century tower house, full of history and mirroring the different uses and owners of the last 500 years.

The Valigi family kept the tower house in the 19th century and transformed it into the big farm house we can see today. The family built the big stable and used the upper part of the tower to breed doves. A tobacco dryer was built beside the tower-house in the first half of the 20th century.

The Ranucci's family restored the historical house and the park all around in the last 20 years until the opening of B&B La Contea in 2006.

The spacious rooms with private bathroom and TV, offering a decor in keeping with the architecture of the house and have lovely views of the park and golf course that borders the property.

The B&B La Contea offers a rich breakfast enjoyed in the room of the tower, which preserves the structure in the 16th century-old chestnut beams, or in the living room with vaulted ceilings dating back to 1872.

The adjacent Perugia Golf Club offers wonderful views from our windows and special prices to our guests.

Bed & Breakfast La Contea is 15min. from Perugia and from the Trasimeno Lake.
