   The appartment is very nice, well equiped and nicely designed. Hostess Elena who is a beautiful nice lady met us when we arrived and did everything to make our staying comfortable. It was a very short stay in Casa Rosa but I hope when next time we'll arrive to Bergamo we'll have an oppotunity for a longer stay here.

   We'd prefer to pay with a credit card for the whole stay.

   The most pleasant was the big garden where we had good quality time after a long day. We where also served nice breakfasts outdoor.

   El trato personal de la señora Elena Tassis hacia sus huéspedes es excelente. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es una señora muy amable y elegante.

   La Casa Rosa es muy bonita y tranquila, con un jardín precioso y muy bien situada. La señora de la casa es muy atenta y amable.

   No hubo ninguno. El viaje fue estupendo.

   Everything was perfect and nice. We liked it were much. And you got information about Bergamo and a nice breakfast too.

   It was cold in the bathroom. That was the only problem.

   The house was very beautiful and in a close location.

   Had booked 2 nights at La Casa Rosa. Once we had been shown to our room the owner told us that she had booked a party of 10 in from tomorrow so we would have to go to another b & b for the second night. We said okay, but were quite shocked. Next morning we were driven to a place that was no where near as nice as the La Casa Rosa. It was one small room in a block of flats. I told her I was not happy and that I had booked La Casa Rosa in February. If she had a party of people she should not have taken the booking after mine. She was sorry and said she would look for somewhere nicer to which she made a phone call and took us to somewhere else and was going to drop our luggage off as the room was not made up. I insisted on looking at the room and although it was okay she then said she would let us stay at her home La Casa Rosa and would ask 2 people from the party of 10 to stay there. She was very apologetic, but it did waste 1/2 day of our 2 day stay being transported to these other B & B's which was the end of a two week holiday in Italy and so was quite disappointing. She did drive us to the airport, but still charged us full price for the two nights stay.

   It was so comfortable and relaxing and having the shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The bus service was quite near also. The owner, Elena was most helpful and of course that welcoming cup of tea and coffee and something to eat when one arrived was wonderful. Having breakfast on the lawn was great each morning.

   I could not say there was anything which disatisfied us during our stay.

   We found La Casa Rosa to be very comfortabler and Ellena to be very helpful and attentitive to our every need during our stay. I highly recommend this B&B to nayone staying over in Bergamo.
