   La posizione; a piede si possono raggiungere la maggior parte dei punti d'interesse turistico.

   Lo stabile dove è inserito e carente per quanto riguarda la pulizia, muratura (intonaco esterno-interno, facciata esterna con segni evidenti di stacco intonaco e mattoni, scala interna mancano pezzi su alcuni scalini); il materasso del letto non dissipa il calore del corpo, per cui si deve continuamente cambiare posizione per cercare refrigerio (sicuramente è di materiale sintetico).

   Location , easy walking distance from Termini,close to metro line, tram and bus, good value for money , regular cleaning, english speaking and helpful owner, own key for building and room, secure door to room, own shower and toilet, air conditioning and reasonable sound-proofing from street noise with windows closed, if i were returning to Rome then I would stay here again, and yes I would recommend it as long as all you want is a safe, comfortable and fairly central base in Rome.

   No tea/coffee making facilities in room,noisy toilet system which required a "light touch" after flushing to stop pump, walls could do with a lick of paint and there were some scuff marks at base of bed that could easily have been removed, a section of skirting board was missing from the wall - these were small things and would not take much to fix .The room is on the 3rd floor which turns out to be a lot when not traveling light.
