    Discreta e gentile la presenza del proprietario, sempre disponibile a risolvere piccoli problemi pratici degli ospiti. Ottima l'ubicazione dell'abitazione, a due passi dal cuore pulsante del centro storico.

    Great infrastructure: big bedroom and bathroom, WiFi, good kitchen and breakfast; very good location: close to the main attraction, to the port and to the train station. Lucio is also a great host, available to help when necessary.
    The shower was not hot all the times.

    La location è molto figa, arredata con stile e curatissima. Ottima anche l'ospitalità. Lucio, il propietario, è simpatico, cordiale e molto ospitale, insomma è una di quelle persone che ti mette immediatamente a tuo agio. Appena siamo entrati ha detto " FATE COME SE FOSTE A CASA VOSTRA ". Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Grande Archivio solo per tre notti e visto che ci siamo trovati bene, appena torneremo a Napoli, alloggeremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Per ora la consigliamo a tutti.

    every thing was ok. easy to find in the narrow streets; not far the main station and (the bus from -to- the airport); perfectly located in the historical center; close to the main monuments and restaurants. the owner gives you all the informations you need for your stay ( in or out) napoli. you can also use the kitchen if you want a break away from the resstaurants..
    the breakfast is a bit "light".

    El alojamiento es estupendo,muy céntrico ,muy moderno y con todo el confort.Muy accesible tanto desde el Aeropuerto como desde la estación Central Garibaldi. Y lo mejor de todo ,la hospitalidad de Lucio ,que hace que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda lo recomendaré a todas las personas que piensen ir a Nápoles ,ciudad muy estimulante ,muy mediterránea y llena de encanto. Gracias Lucio!!!! Marisa.

    Mi ha siddisfatto sopratutto il fatto che la struttura si trovasse proprio nel cuore del centro della città, vicinissimo alla via 'Spacca Napoli', San Gregorio, vicino al duomo e ad alcuni dei principali monumenti da visitare. Mi è anche piaciuto il carattere familiare del posto. La stanza era pulita e fornita di Tv, aria condizionata e Internet Wifi.

    Convenient kitchen as breakfast room. You can put drinks in the refrigerator. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Good wi-fi signal in room. Adjacent pizzeria offered the best food we found in Naples and very reasonably priced.
    The person who welcomed us did not know about the wi-fi password. Later we found it on the back of an intermediate door.

    Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti al B&B Grande Archivio e giudichiamo ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione centrale in zona tranquilla, camera spaziosa, ordinata e pulita, inoltre il proprietario Lucio è sempre stato disponibile a dare ogni tipo di indicazione richiesta, se il nostro soggiorno a Napoli è stato piacevole buona parte è anche merito suo. Sicuramente da consigliare.

    Fußläufig vom Hbf, daher für Trolleyreisende, die überhöhte Taxikosten fürchten, besonders empfehlenswert. Zentral, am Rande der Altstadt, gelegen - in der Nähe der Piazza Nicola Amore. Die Pizzeria Il Presidente ist sehr zu empfehlen.

    Great place (in the city centre), great Guy, easy kitchen access, great pizzeria few meters from the place (il Presidente) and a small free parking just on the other side of the street - if you're lucky you can get a free and safe parking space there (in front of the hotel). My best recommendations.

    Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 2 nella camera con bagno interno e devo dire che è una delle migliori in cui abbia mai alloggiato, specialmente in relazione alla fascia di prezzo. L'arredo è semplice ma molto curato e gradevole ed è tutto ben organizzato con piani di appoggio ed un grande armadio. L'accesso del BB è su una strada in cui transitano le auto, ma le finestre delle camere affacciano su una via secondaria, quindi sono molto silenziose ed il riposo è assicurato. La cucina, inoltre, è fornita di tutto il necessario per una buona colazione. Le foto presenti sul sito corrispondono alla realtà, ma sono un po' scure, le camere sono molto più luminose. Il proprietario, infine, è molto disponibile e ci ha ben consigliato su dove poter mangiare in zona: seguendo i suoi consigli abbiamo speso poco e mangiato molto bene. Se torneremo a Napoli andremo di nuovo lì!

    l'accoglienza da parte dello zio del titolare, gentile e fiducioso, tale persone nel mondo oggi sono rare. La camera è confortevole con pochi rumori in quanto sonorizzata da infissi a doppi vetri, ben arredata e pulita.

    What a fantastic little B&B, I was really impressed when I arrived, the room was clean and modern with TV!! The shared kitchen area lovely with all the cooking facilities and more. I was made very welcome and asked everyday if everything was ok. (I booked 4 nights and extended to 5). The location is perfect, 20 minute walk to the main train station, 20 minute walk to the port for Capri/Sorrento. I would definitely recommend this B&B for value for money, location, cleanliness. A little extra note about Naples City: I travelled as a lone woman and although many people write negative things about Naples, it's fine. I had no problems in the 5 days here on my own. I f you look confident on one will hassle you. Just beware of scooters - they ride them on the pavements...!

    Very nice central Location. Lucio is a very good host, the rooms were modern designed, clean and tasty. Very tasty pizza near at via tribunale. Easy acces to eny part of Napoli even by foot. RO-manian: O locatie faina la etajul 1, curat, nou, merita toti bani! Lucio e un italian tanar (27) de treaba. Lucreaza la un magazin in centru si a renovat apartamentul pentru a inchiria 2 din cele 3 camere. Daca aveti noroc sa o gasiti goala luati-o pe incredere. Recomandat de www.Salinaverde.ro

    la ubicacion es muy buena, a una distancia caminable de la estacion de trenes y muy cerca del centro historico. Aunque no parece, es una área segura y puedes salir caminando de noche sin problema. Esta cerca de restoranes y tiendas. El B&B esta remodelado y es muy lindo. La atención fue muy buena y acogedora. Volveria de todas maneras en mi proximo viaje.
    Cuesta un poco encontar la dirección, la calle es facil), pero la numeracion no es muy logica. Camina hacia abajo y el numero aparece sin darte cuenta. Esta al lado de una pizzeria.

    Todo fue perfecto: la situación del alojamiento, la atención prestada, el desayuno, la cocina de la que dispusimos, etc. Agredecemos especialmente a Lucca su amabilidad para ponerse en contacto, en nuestro nombre, con la empresa con la que habíamos contratado el traslado desde el aeropuerto, ya que sin su ayuda nos hubiera resultado mucho más difícil todo. Así que muchas gracias. Finalmente recomendar a quien lea esto que no dude en viajar a Nápoles, a la que pensamos volver, y tampoco en utilizar este establecimiento, seguro que no saldrá defraudado.

    Appartement très bien placé, dans le centre. C'est sombre, avec une vue qui n'est pas dégagée, mais comme partout dans le centre-ville. Bien placé, à proximité des lieux de visite, facile d'accès. Très calme, pas grand mais suffisant pour une ou deux personnes – douche et toilettes dans la chambre. Les clés permettent d'être totalement autonome et laissent la possibilité de faire sa vie tranquillement – rentrer manger, par exemple, et à n'importe quelle heure sans déranger personne. Très propre, mignon et doté de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Bref, pour qui recherche des petits prix, ne pas hésiter… Le proprio est jeune et avenant, très cool, ce qui ne gache rien !

    Il Grande Archivio è un B&B molto pulito, moderno, confortabile e ben situato nel centro storico di Napoli e al tempo stesso vicino alla stazione centrale di treno. Insomma, un posto da consigliare. Mi sono sentito sempre a casa e senz'altro ci ritornerei!

    Voglio ringraziare sentitamente il sig. Lucio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Sottolineo inoltre le qualità positive della struttura relativamente alla pulizia, l'ordine, il piacevole arredamento delle stanze. Inoltre la felice posizione centrale del BeB ci permette di raggiungere rapidamente i principali monumenti di questa meravigliosa città. Penso proprio che ritornerò presto e volentieri a Napoli e altrettanto volentieri soggiornerò presso questa struttura.
    Non ho rilevato aspetti negativi.

    The location was very good. Center of Naples, just what we wanted. We could go back to the B&B at any time. Pizza is available next door.
    There was no new bread provided for the breakfast of the second day. I can live wit the Italian breakfast.

    Very good choose to spend time in Napoli. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything was in very good condition. Standard similar to good hotels.Additionaly all kitchen facilities, air conditioning. If you want rest in good place in Napoli choose this hostel.

    The cleanliness of the b&b, the location was safe and close to the train station and ports, Lucio was welcoming and friendly and even had suggestions and a map ready
    Make sure to get good directions from the train station, people were friendly but we had a hard time finding it, also try and coordinate your arrival time

    fantastic espresso machine - for your morning coffee ! super location just off of a perfect little busy charming street - 10-15 mins walk from cavour metro. atm just downstairs / great tourist sights very close by. very nice helpful people work there. big bed room. great kitchen with everything you need to cook . i stayed on for an extra two nights - it was great +
    breakfast is basic - nutella and pastry - you might want to bring some fruit or extra to go with it. also very helpful to speak some italian !

    Per un week-end lungo e per chi arriva con l'aereo o in treno è un bb ideale perchè posizionato a metà strada tra Piazza Garibaldi (stazione) e il Municipio, e in entrambi si trova la fermata dell'alibus. Inoltre proprio sopra il BB vi è la via di San Gregorio Armeno e Tribunali, nonchè il Duomo in pieno centro storico. È una zona tranquilla e giovane. Lucio è un ottimo padrone di casa, ci ha accolti dicendo di partire dal presupposto che era come se fossimo a casa nostra! E così è stato.

    Ce Bed and Breakfast est parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Naples. La décoration intérieure est gaie, jeune. Le confort est parfait ainsi que la propreté. Notre hôte Lucio est très prévenant , accueillant et de bon conseil. Une excellente adresse pour qui souhaite déambuler à pied dans l'ex Néapolis entre les decumani. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
    Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu de pain frais pour la petit déjeuner.

    La pulizia della camera e del bagno, la disponibilità del personale. I servizi sono stati ottimi e la struttura è nuova e confortevole.
    Non ci sono apsetti negativi.

    Ci hanno soddisfatto molto la pulizia perfetta delle camere per non parlare dell'arredo molto accogliente; Eravamo molto vicini al centro storico e ad altre zone che volevamo visitare. Non c'è che dire è davvero un ottimo bed and breakfast!

    Il soggiorno è stato perfetto: il B&B, che si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare le bellezze storiche e culturali di Napoli, è pulito ed arredato con gusto. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile a darci indicazioni e consigli sia sui luoghi da visitare che sui ristoranti/pizzerie dove fermarsi a mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!
    Tutto perfetto.

    the family was so incredibly nice-all of them. the mamma was very sweet & helpful,she was really a doll. The neighborhood,apt,palazzo were great..the house superb, but it was not what I needed and chose. But if you are looking to stay with a family in a magnificent area of Naples it is here.They let me use their computer,the mom saved me by lending me a warm coat as I only had summer clothes & it was cold.Always nice & hospitable!In a perfect old part of city
    1st of DO NOT do not give wrong info re your" B&B"-I SPECIFICALLY asked & decided on this place becuz I needed independence & to be closer to where I was working I asked him this before chosing it and he said YES,I WILL GIVE U THE KEYS TO COME & GO AS YOU PLEASE. In fact after hrs of walking the sts of Naples with my luggage FINALLY I found the place by a miracle & he's not even there. when he finally gets there he whisks me off to his mamma's house. He didn't even ask me!I didn't even have the keys to come & go.Noone had any way of getting in touch with me. They didn't even know WHERE I was.A DISASTER!The TV was on all nite-could'nt sleep a wink. I needed a place quiet to work,but it was noisy. Everyone smoked. I was not even able to cook my own food,which is WHY I like to get an independent apt. Also all my friends & family had that tel.# to reach me,but he took me somewhere else so we couldn't even find each other. I missed my friend's wedding & other important events becuz of the change of location AND there was no fone so they or I could call call. couldn't even have my boyfriend over.If they DID call Lucio(the owner of the B&B I NEVER saw)to reach me he did not tell me.I am from naples & have traveled there since childhood and it was hard 4 me,I can imagine for someone who's not as well versed in the way of Naples!Plus my room was next to one son(very nice) but I could hear him & his girlfriend, also the OTHER son left his TV on & LOUD all nigh.I love dogs, but some don't so say so in your ad.Breakfast was cold white toast & could coffe(or a bag of sweet cookies!). At least say it's between 8&10. I wanted to be able to make my own breakfast.Definitely have a cell fone. Next door room reeked of weed.I had to write for a mag. but didn't have one MINUTE of peace & quiet to work!Earplugs didn't even work.No lite in bathroom to see yourslf,curtains fell down & broke on my shoulder & it hurt! No TV,little fridge for snacks,something.not a B&B.It was a rented room in a family's house. I did not ask for this. Be honest with people.
