   Location was fantastic, a short walk from the train station. We were a family of four with two rooms. Duccio and his staff were fantastic, they provided lots of information upon arrival and couldn't do enough to help you. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were there in winter and the heating was great. We were also very centrally located so we were within easy walking distance to the markets and shopping areas. We also looked forward to our breakfast being delivered every morning. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Our stay there was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again we were return.

   Nonostante gli sforzi dei gestori l'unica cosa degna di nota è la posizione , a pochissimo da tutti i luoghi di attrazione turistica .

   La stanza 1 non era quella della foto inviatami.Comunque stanza e toilette troppo piccole ,considerando tra l'altro che ero solo in una matrimoniale , le pareti sporche e ossidate richiederebbero una tinteggiata. la tv munita di digitale terrestre spesso mancava di segnale. La colazione richiederebbe dei prodotti freschi e non confezionati. Ma soprattutto il prezzo non è proporzionato alla sistemazione. é pur sempre un B&B.

   I spent 3 days in Florence with my husband and Florence Rooms was great for us. The staff couldn't be more gentle, really nice people. They helped a lot. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel is near everything we needed. I would stay there again, for sure!!!

   The breakfast could be better. It was basically something we could buy in the next corner (a pack of industrial croissant and a coffee with milk). And we were there in the winter (a very cold one!) and the heating was not that good. But, even so, we were ok.

   The owner is quite warm and hospitable. She was very helpful with regards to the little extras i required because we were travelling with a 2 yr old. She let us use the fridge and provided us with milk for her. U can keep your luggage there after checkout and there's also a good selection of brochures to enable you to plan day tours and excursions. The location is excellent - just outside the train station - on the parallel road and close enough to all the major sites. Even the place is quiet and well laid out. - overall a very good experience.

   The bathroom was very cramped and could have been in a little better condition and the breakfast was basically coffee with biscuits and prepacked croissants - not too hard to get fresh ones in Italy! Although this wouldnt stop me from staying there again.

   Perhaps the location is convenient as it is near the train station.

   Not to my expectation. There is no lift and is inconvenience when you have to carry heavy baggages to climb two flights of stairs to get to the reception.

   Simpatico e disponibile il titolare della struttura.

   Purtropo nelle prime ore del mattino non si riesce a dormire tranquillamente a causa della presenza, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'ingresso del B&B, di tre fermate di autobus di linea. Inoltre vicino all'ingresso ci sono anche tre cassonetti delle immondizie che vengono svuotati dai camion della nettezza urbana nelle primissime ore del mattino. Ovviamente non è colpa del titolare ma sono informazioni che possono servire!!!!
