   La signora che gestisce il b&b è molto gentile e cordiale, la posizione è molto buona in quanto si trova perfettamente a metà strada tra le due stazioni della metro Ottaviano e Lepanto. I soli 4 gg siamo riuscita girare molto bene Roma grazie alla posizione del B&B.

   grave carenza di pulizia, soprattutto del bagno e della cucina.... Per questo abbiamo preferito andare a fare colazione al bar piuttosto che mangiare fette biscott. e biscotti in confezioni già aperte da altri clienti..Persino la bottiglia dell'acqua lasciata sul tavolo dalla padrona di casa era già iniziata... Per 90 euro a camera si potrebbe avere di più.. per questo lo sconsiglio.. Sicuramente non ci ritorno..

   Sono rimasto soddisfatto, sia della gentilezza del personale che della posizione in cui si trova, facilmente raggiungibile dalla metro Ottaviano. Ottimo Qualità/Prezzo.

   I can only say positive things about our stay. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly!!!!! Good location fairly close to the hi-lights of Rome and within walking distance of the Vatican, downtown etc. Hoping to get back there soon!!!!

   Our satisfaction about our stay was, we had an incedent where my wife got ill and had to go to the Hospital. Anna called the doctor right away & was there for my wife at the hospital to make sure she recieived proper treatment,Anna went beyond beiing a Host, we are very appreciate her quick action will without a doubt recommend anna's Bed & Breakfas

   We had the room with an en suite bathroom and it was very nice. Landlady was very helpful and friendly.

   Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and were unhqppy about the overcrowded room (one double and one single bed) and no desk; door in their bathroom down the hall was broken, although landlady said she is awaiting repair person.
