   Die Herzlichkeit und Bemühung des Besitzers sind sehr zu loben! (Spricht Ital. und Franz., kein Englisch) Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wundervoll, über die Stadt und zum Vesuv. Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Etwas mühsam zu erreichen, viele Stufen; oder etwas weniger Stufen bei Benutzung des Lift für 20ct.; etwas komplizierter Umgang mit verschiedenen Schlüsseln und Türen. Lage recht günstig, direkt an der Funiculare "Montesanto" (trotzdem nicht laut!). Funiculare fährt nur bis 22 Uhr. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmt.

   Bad, vorallem Dusche, könnte vielleicht mal renoviert werden.

   Es war sehr schwierig zu finden. Tür musste über einen Anruf mit Tastenfeld geöffnet werden. Auch dann noch sehr verwinkelt und einige Zwischentüren.

   Owner was very helpful re getting around on trains,busses etc., ordered a pizza for us when we came in after a long day. The view from the terrace was great.

   The air conditioning did not work in the room our friends stayed in and there was no window. It was extremely hot, and they did not get any sleep at all. There was a general smell of smoke at all times.

   Overall cheap and nice place. Almost clean. Rafaelle is very helpful and hospitable admin. View from terrace is superb.Kitchen is fully equiped if you have child you can prepare food easily. Do not beleive in Napoli trash in main streets, we walked a lot and never see trash. South part of Italy is very beautiful & very natural.

   Stayed in September'11.
   Bathroom equipment was clean but old one
   For 3 young gils it was not so safe so we paid every day 10 evr for taxi.

   El dueño, Raffael, es un encanto y fue de lo más atento con nosotros. Nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia en Nápoles, incluso con la huelga de transportes que nos afectó, nos buscó alternativas al día que teníamos pensado. Las vistas sobre la ciudad son espectaculares. Las habitaciones son bastante nuevas, grandes y limpias. La zona es muy tranquila, aunque para llegar en coche es una locura. The owner, Raffael is a charm and was most helpful to us. We greatly facilitated stay in Naples, even with the transport strike that affected us, we looked for alternatives to day that we had thought. The city views are spectacular. The rooms are quite new, big and clean. The area is very quiet but accessible by car is crazy.

   No está demasiado lejos del centro histórico, pero el hecho de tener que depender del funicular es un poco pesado. La opción de subir las escaleras en vez de coger el funicular no es muy recomendable, la vez que lo hicimos nos encontramos con agujas y mucha suciedad, además, las plantas se comen la escalera y bloquean uno de los lados. El ascensor para subir hasta el B&B cuesta 20 ctms. por viaje y si no cierras bien las puertas no funciona y se queda con la moneda.
   
   Not too far from the historic center, but having to rely on the funicular is a bit heavy. The option of taking the stairs instead of taking the funicular is not recommended, while we did a lot of dirty needles and also the plants they eat the ladder and block one side. The elevator up to the B & B is 20 ctms. per trip and if you close the doors does not work and gets the money.

   Szép nyugodt környezetben, a nyüzsgő Nápoly felett található a lakás. Jól megközelíthető. Raffaelo a házigazda nagyon kedves férfi. Figyelmes, szolgálatkész a vendégeivel. A teraszról csodás kilátás a városra és a Vezúvra. A lift 20centessel működik, de lehet egy másik lépcsőn is közlekedni. Szívesen ajánlom azoknak akik nem szállodában akarnak lakni, hanem szeretnék közelebbről megismerni a nápolyi emberek mindennapjait és vendégszeretét.

   Raffaello è molto disponibile e gentile, tornerei sicuramente. Bella posizione, comoda per i mezzi pubblici. Bel panorama dalla terrazza.

   Non amo molto l'odore di fumo di sigaretta e la pulizia dovrebbe essere un po' più curata.

   I can honestly say this is one place I would say to anyone to 'just stay at'. Raffaele, the owner, is simply extra-Italian, in a beautiful 'advert for Italy' fashion. His English is virtually non existent, but it doesn't matter, perfect communication via gestures etc,.. is entirely possible. As for the place itself, it is simply wonderful. Literally the best view I've ever had from a B&B terrace, ample food and drink supplied, and rooms with pretty much everything thought of, and *exceptionally* comfortable double beds. I dont have praise high enough for this place. We even got free bubbly You will not be disappointed.

   This is very much a 'staying in the owners home' accommodation. Finding it was a little difficult and there are lots of stairs but the view out over Naples makes it worth it. It helps considerably if you speak a little Italian and the owner speaks little English. Overall good value for money (and great views).
