    We stayed for two nights. The owners was very hospitable. Was very helpful in providing directions. Hey served an awesome spread for breakfast. Rooms were very clean and equipped. The location was good. Close enough to touristy spots and still not noisy.

    This is a very good bed and breakfast. The location was idela and the staff were great. The breakfast was a little small and there is no hot breakfast really (only coffee) but still good.

    The location was central and a 3 minute walk to the square. The owners were very friendly and graciously received us on the first day. The breakfast was basic, with orange juice, coffee and croissants with jam and butter. The room was very clean and the bathroom was quite big.
    It was to be expected, but with the central location, it can get noisy early in the morning (7 am) when the merchants and people start to walk in the streets.

    We chose this B&B because of its very central location. The room was very clean and the couple was very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Venice.

    They location of this B&B is great! About a 5 minute walk to both San Marco square and the Rialto Bridge.
    The biggest problem with the room we had was the tenant in the apartment directly across the alley came in at 3 AM and made a lot of noise that came right into our room. This happened 2 nights in a row and caused us to get little sleep those 2 nights.

    Superb location,right on a main street midway between Piazza San Marco and Rialto. Only one bridge to cross from San Marco, but bring a small bag, it has a few steps. Also, the building doesn't have a lift - but our host will help you upstairs. Clean and omfortable room with good facilities, well serviced. Helpful and friendly hosts. Definitely recommended!
    Wi-fi only worked in the entry hall. Can be a touch noisy as right on one of the streets, but hey, this is Venice and that's what it's about. Breakfast a bit ordinary fpr Australian tastes.

    We had two rooms at Ca'Luisa which were comfortable with plenty of room. It is right in the centre of Venice being just three minutes from the Rialto wharf. With comfortable beds and lovely breakfasts provided by our hosts, with beautiful homemade jams - a thoroughly Italian atmosphere. Most importantly - Easy to find, close to the vaporetta, right in the heart of Venice, and close to everything. The perfect place to visit beautiful Venice.

    Location was fantastic, perfect for exploring the old downtown on foot. Price was very reasonable, compared against other B&B's and especially compared against hotels. Furnishings were relatively modern, bathroom was updated. Breakfast, served in-room, was quaint. Luisa, her husband, and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. Overall we were very satisfied, great value and a pleasant stay!
    Found some ants in the room, attracted to an empty food box left out overnight (OK, the city is hundreds of years old...understandable). Wi-fi strength was low and only worked in one corner of the room...not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again, if we were going back.

    Great, no... Fantastic location. Middle of everything at the same time rather calm and quiet. Big room, clean and delightful, charming couple who own the place.
    Hard to find the first time. Simply needs a sign on/over the door (that is bigger than a postage stamp). If you find the little lane 'Strazze' then it is pretty much the first door to the left as you turn the corner.

    They have wifi which is great, but it has what must be the world's longest password (written in tiny type).

    Otherwise, highly recommended!

    The Bed and Breakfast was in a very good position to St Marks Square and all the shops and eating places. the breakfast was always good but we were not asked if we preferred tea or coffee.
    Because of the busy streets, sometimes it was very noisy in the room from lots of people outside! Also we found the mattress on the bed was very hard.

    Super Lage, nahe Markusplatz; Bruno und Luise haben uns an der Anlegestelle abgeholt und auch den Koffertransport übernommen. Das war ausgesprochen nett und beruhigend.
    Die Handtücher wurden erst auf gesonderte Bitte hin nach dem 2. Tag gewechselt.

    The B & B was really hard to find as it has a very small sign but the location is great. Close to restaurants and San Marco Square. The owners do not speak much English but were very pleasant and accomodating. The place was very clean and had a newly renovated bathroom.
    The only negative we have is that there is no elevator so had to carry our luggage up quite a flight of stairs. The WIFI did not work for the last day and a 1/2 of our stay.

    The service by the owners was personal and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the venue. My only suggestion is that a map to the B&B is published as we found it a little confusing to find it amongst the small alleyways in Venice. However, once we had, it was not difficult to find again.

    The location is good if you wish to be close to Piazza San Marco and to a water bus stop to and from the airport.
    The lack of a view as advertised. Outside our widows was a view and smell of the restaurant below and a direct view and noise into peoples' homes across the narrow calle. We were not informed about how to turn on the air conditioner and the mini fridge was empty. The owners did not live at the B and B and were quite annoyed that we did not arrive at a convenient time for them. It is advertised that one can arrive up to 20.00.

    Ca'Luisa is the perfect location because of its proximity to San Marco and to the Rialto Bridge. The walk is less than 3 mins. it is also close to the many shops and eateries. Luisa and her husband are very welcoming. The breakfast provided was good and it was brought to our room. Our room was large for my daughter and I and the furnishing was of Venetian style. Our room faced the street level where there is a restaurant below us. Chattering could be heard but this does not bother me and the noise did stop at around 11:30pm or so. The windows could be opened.The bed was comfortable for me but too hard for my daughter. The temperature of the room was even. The bathroom was fully modernized. The room is very clean. Overall , I would stay here again.
    The only negative thing to say is that the direction given on how to reach this place could have been a lot more specific with regards to the street names. There was a lot of twists and turns in the streets especially when starting from the Quadri Restaurant located at Piazza S.Marco.

    Die Unterkunft ist toll und hat unsere Erwartungen zu 99,5% erfüllt! Einziger Manko, der Safe im Schrank war defekt und ließ sich, trotz der Bemühung von Luisa und Ihrem Mann, auf die schnelle nicht reparieren. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und mit Luisa und Ihrem Mann hat man äußerst hilfsbereite und sehr sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber!

    Venezia e' stupenda.. c'ero gia' stta da piccola ma e' sempre magnifica sopratutto di sera,e' un incanto..soggiorno ottimo a due passi da Piazza S.Marco proprio come descritto..i padroni di casa sono stati molto carini e gentili e disponibili..per un week-end posto ideale.

    a pleasant room fairly close to Piazza San Marco
    They advertised a quad room with queen bed & 2 singles, but when we got there it was a queen and a double.
    The wi-fi internet did not work for the first day. When we reported it, the staff said to try later. When it still did not work the second day, they suggested that we try it in the hallway where it did work.

    The greatest aspect of Ca' Luisa is its location. A mere three-minute walk from both San Marco and Rialto, one could not ask for anything better. The apartment shares a flat with another room, which was not a problem at all. Each morning breakfast is provided, simple yet complementary. The room is clean and comfortable; very nicely furnished with Murano glass chandeliers. The bathroom is the best we experienced, a fully functioning shower with consistent water temperature.
    The main criticism we could list is that the bed is rather firm and uncomfortable. Also, the windows face into an alley which houses a restaurant, which was a bit noisy at times, but after a long day of sightseeing, didn't interfere with sleeping.

    Everything was perfect!!! The room is beautiful, enormous and spotlessly clean. The style is typically Venetian with a beamed ceiling and two chandeliers. The bed is at least Queen size and extremely comfortable.The bathroom is new, with well designed modern fittings. The house is only a few minutes away from St. Mark's Square but it was quite and peaceful. The shutters on the windows keep out all the sound at night. Luisa and her husband are very helpful. The breakfast, which was good, was delivered to the room at the requested time. I would love to stay there again sometime!!

    La struttura è un pò vecchiotta anche se le camere sono ristrutturate, e poi ci aspettavamo la suite familiare anche se in coppia perché al momento della prenotazione non c'era la doppia libera,invece si è liberata al ns arrivo,comunque andava bene lo stesso!

    The room was very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful.
    It was difficult to find the B&B.
    As a South african, there was a need to make coffee/tea early morning. I suggest a kettle and cups in the room or even foyer. Guest can supply it own coffee/tea/milk etc.

    Ca' Luisa is a perfectly beautiful, elegant and comfortable B&B. The apartment was easy to get to from the Santa Lucia train station and is perfectly situated for walking and visiting Venice. Its proximity to San Marco's Square, all the beautiful shops, restaurants and canal transportation to the islands made our stay in Venice ever so enjoyable and memorable. The owners were a warm and friendly couple and served us a wholesome and delicious Venetian breakfast every morning.
    We were very satisfied.

    la temperatura della camera era impostata a 19 gradi, senza possibilita' di variazione,stanza un po' fredda... in bagno mancano mensole per appoggiare tutto il necessario..per colazione si fa riferimento alla pasticceria (ceduta 2 settimane fa a cinesi) sotto la struttura

    The room and bathroom were good-sized and nicely furnished. There was even a little table to write cards and work on my computer. It is perfectly situated between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's square. The folks in charge were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for someone who wanted to be in the heart of Venice.
    A minor point. The breakfast is at a typical stand-up bar, so it's not the place to spread out your maps and plan your day over coffee. But the brioche was great, and the atmosphere very chummy, good for practicing your Italian.

    very friendly
    room was cold and it was winter! After walking around in the cold, a warmer room would have been nice and no "glass" glasses even sturdier plastic ones would have been appreciated.; even... a couple of wine glasses and wine opener would have been a nice touch...in Italy! I felt the charge for the room would have warranted these touches!

    Everything was great! The room (clean and warm), the people, the pastry and the breakfast! The room is much more beautiful in real (than the one in the photos)
    Wish the breakfast was a bit more as far as the quantity is concerned, cause it's delicious!

    schönes zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, toilette und dusche (im zimmer) sehr sauber, lage sehr gut (wenige meter zur san marco piazza) frühstück gibt es nur paar meter gegenüber in einem kaffee/bäckerei, da gibt es wahlweise super kaffe, latte, espresso,cappuchino und tolle leckerein . das personal ist sehr freundlich. ich werde dieses zimmer weiterempfehlen, bernhard ebert

    Everything was great! The location, just a few minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and San Marco. We enjoyed the breakfast in the bakery!! we could take what we want just in the middle of the italian life.
