    It's not far from Venice, Treviso or Lido di Jesolo. Rooms are large and very nice. It's easy to park.
    The breakfast was very light : industrial bakeries are served. There is no fresh or local products.

    The place and the staff was very friendly.
    It was a problem, that no one could speak a proper english. One person could, but he was not very much available to speak to.

    The quality and location of the property is excellent,the rooms are large and comfortable,the staff are very friendly and try to be helpful,despite some language shortcomings. The in-house taxi service is a real plus,given the problems of driving into and parking in,Venice.
    The location is great,but only after you have found it! A more detailed description of which exit to take from the Autostrada and precise directions from there (reference to the neighbouring Supermarket would be helpful) would have saved us about an hour of searching.
    The breakfast is little more than tokenism(packaged items), plus good coffee.

    The location and access to the bus service was good. A 5-minute walk to the bus terminus and the bus journey takes about 35 minutes to Pl. le Roma in Venice. It was value for money. B&B was always very clean and Stephano was very helpful.
    Breakfast was a basket of sweet things only, jams and honey and prepacked breads with coffee.
    Host did not speak any English, except the son, and preferred to stay out of the way, not much communication.
    The directions on the website should be improved to illustrate the route to the B&B.

    Very nice place, clean and cosy, big room and big bathroom, breakfast ok Bus is 5 minutes from the place, it has a regular schedule, drives every 20 minutes. It is about 1/2 an hour to Venice. By car ot taxi it is very close. I could answer your questions at anna_vass26@yahoo.com
    Staff did not speak english or other language except italian (only the son did)

    Not very convenient from airport by bus (have to walk on the road a while)

    Location and cleanliness. Premises were well kept and location was excellent for bus access to Venice. The owner was obliging. WE would recommend the premises if below concerns could be met.
    The room and common area were cold as according to th landlord heating was not allowed in Italy on the dates we were there
    Owners offered to pick us up from the train station. We waited an hour at the station exit. The Owners rep waited across the road with a sign with our name on. IThis was a language problem and of course as much ours as the owners.
    Breakfast was sub standard

    the location: Busstop 5 minutes walking, bus went 3 times an hour and a 30 minute ride.
    In the evening 2 times an hour.
    Breakfast was really bad.

    We are an elderly Australian couple who stayed at B & B Cà d'Oro for three nights at the end of September 2007. After a flight from Dubai to Milan and a train trip to Mestre we were tired and not sure how to get to Cà d'Oro, so we phoned Stephano; he came and carried us from the railway station; this was much appreciated. The location of the B & B is perfect, it is very quiet, there is a supermarket nearby and it is only a short walk to the bus terminus which has a frequent service to Venice taking about 20 mins. Stephano and his family were very helpful at all times. If we returned to Mestre we would choose to stay at Cà d'Oro again.

    room was large and clean, with very large washroom. The room had double bed and twin murphy beds which were appreciated for 2 women traveling together. the local pizzeria has excellent food and fast service - though somewhat of an adventure being we didn't completely understand the Italian menu. The local grocery store was also appreciated. The bus into Venice was a 5 minutes walk away and easy to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even those that do not speak English.
    The breakfast was strictly self-serve and a little on the light side - pre-packaged croissants and buns with jam.

    This is a very good B&B being run on very sound lines with owners and staff who are pleased to assist. Breakfasts are appetising and well presented. A taxi service is readily available through the B&B and the local bus service is close and regular into Venice. Mestre is "the place where the Italians stay". We were happy to join them. There is at least one restaurant some 15 minutesa walk away. English is spoken. There is a very pleasant outside environment in which one may lounge.

    L'accoglienza da parte del sig. Santin e della sua famiglia è stata buonissima, sembrava di stare a casa propria. La posizione della struttura è comodissima perchè vicinissima al supermercato e alla fermata dell'autobus.

    Struttura circondata da un bel giardino, alloggi molto spaziosi, signora gentilissima, capolinea bus per venezia a 5 minuti.
    Unico neo nostra camera da letto divisa da stanza per le colazioni da una parete di legno, quindi risveglio a suon di tazzine.

    La struttura è molto ben tenuta, sembra davvero di essere a casa propria per l'atmosfera che si respira e l'arredamento delle camere. Mi ha colpito piacevolmente la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti in generale.

    Habitación cuadruple ideal, parecía un apartamento, con cocinita y nevera, comedor, saloncito, vestidor junto al lavabo,... Mucho más grande que algunos apartamentos. El matrimonio mayor sólo habla italiano pero son muy amables. Aparcamiento para el coche. El Bus para ir a Venecia andando a 5 m. y es el origen de la linea, así que no hay pérdida. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Muy recomendable.

    la struttura mi ha soddisfatta pienamente sia per i servizi sia per la gentilezza del personale
    l'unica piccola pecca ( se mi posso permettere) è la mancanza di indicazioni nelle vicinanze della struttura e la posizione un pò isolata ( ovviamente per chi come me ha utilizzato i mezzi pubblici)

    La posizione per visitare Venezia è buona, perchè è vicino alla fermata del bus 12. Per arrivare dalla stazione Venezia Mestre è comodo il bus 13
    La camera per 3 persone è piccola . La zona non offre servizi , tipo ristorazione . C'è solo una pizzeria ma è scomoda.

    Our stay at Ca d'Oro was satisfactory with 2 exceptions -
    1 The towels were not changed
    2 The owners offered taxi service to the airport which we accepted. At the airport we had to pay the driver 20 euwo!!!!!!! We reckon the bus fare would have been less than 1 euro each!!! Beware!

    Very satisfied with the accommodation. Owners extremely friendly - very musical, with great "Aussie" lyrics. The accommodation is absolutely ideal for tourists visiting Venezia. Information on website - re the location of bus location for transport to / from Venezia would be ideal and help with future accommodation bookings. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone.
