   We had a very nice stay. Although the villa is a bit far away from the centre of Bellagio, it can be reached by bus (there is one bus every hour during the day), or on foot (it only takes about 10-15 minutes and it's a nice walk). The staff was very nice and friendly and they gave us tips on nice palces to see in the area. We also appreciated the rich buffet breakfast and the nice restaurant/pizzeria in the basement.

   We were blown away by the beauty of the hostel! Staying in an Old Villa was absolutley incredible. The breakfast was also very generous and Delicious. One of my favorite places i've stayed in Italy, just wish it was for more than one night.

   The location is very difficult to get to. We hiked for a 45 minutes uphill before we finally got there. Take a taxi or call and request them to pick you up. We made the walk twice but on the way down with our luggage the owner offered us a ride down which was very nice.

   Although out of town, and being without our own transport,there is in the basement of the B & B a Pizzaria, which was most convenient for two old pensioners!!

   We had a fabulous stay at Alla Torretta. It was very clean, the food was excellent and the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent base for a cycling holiday.

   Alla Torretta is a very nice Italian house and there's is also a good restaurant (pizza). The house has a privat parking place. The walk to the center takes about 20 minutes.

   Devo dire molto pulito..forse uno dei più puliti che ho trovato finora,e viaggio spesso.

   La stufa a gas ritengo l'unica cosa che non ho gradito..rende il caldo troppo secco durante il sonno.

   no A/C, bathroom too tiny, mirror is way too low for applying make-up, shaving etc...

   Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne alte Villa mit komfortablen, sehr sauberen Zimmern und einem guten Selbstbedienungsfrühstück. Der Besitzer ist hilfsbereit und stellt Informationen über die Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Er bot uns auch an, dass wir ihn anrufen können, wenn wir aus Bellagio abgeholt werden möchten, worauf wir auch einmal zurückkamen, da man zu Fuß ca. 20 min auf zum Teil recht steilen Strecken unterwegs ist und ein Bus nur unregelmäßig fährt. Gut essen kann man in der Pizzeria, die sich im Keller der Villa befindet.

   Die Villa ist etwas abseits gelegen. Von Bellagio aus ist man zu Fuß ca. eine halbe Stunde unterwegs, wenn man dem normalen Straßenverlauf folgt. Beim letzten Teilstück geht es ziemlich steil bergauf.
   Es gibt allerdings einen gepflasterten Fußweg, auf dem man ein gutes Stück abschneiden kann (Dauer ca. 20 min). Allerdings bietet der Besitzer, wie oben erwähnt, an, die Gäste nach Bellagio zu fahren und abzuholen.
