   È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo a I Tre Pini. C'è un'attenzione "famigliare" per i bisogni degli ospiti. Sicuramente sarà la prima scelta se dovessimo tornare in zona

   Once you find it, there is a lovely area inside the gate. The cappuchino was nice and the croissant was fresh.

   Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir bei netten Nachbarn zu Besuch sind. Sie waren aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir würden gerne noch mal wieder kommen. Wir waren allerdings nur eine Nacht da, um dann zurück zu fliegen. Die Lage ist in einem schönen Wohngebiet mit großen Häusern, ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto zum Lido von Ostia.

   Unser Zimmer (1. OG mit Blick zum Garten) war sehr groß mit Klimaanlage. Das war prima. Die Kinder hatten allerdings ein kleines Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und es war sehr heiß darin - auch um 23h.

   I am truly and completely impressed about the place, which is an oasis of peace in Rome suburbs, and abouth the gentle and smiling ladies leading Ai Tre Pini, who gave us the feeling of being at home. Can recomment this location to everybody!

   Everything was perfect. The location of Ai Tre Pini is very convenient for travellers with car - not far from center and seaside and this district was very calm and nice. The rooms were always very clean. The breakfast was various and tasty. Gretta recommended some good restaurants around B&B and we got discounts there. And many thanks to Gretta and her husband per their attention to us. We will never forget their kindness and care. And in next our visit Rome we will come to them again. We will recommend Ai Tre Pini to our friends.

   la prima volta in un B&B.. bellissima esperienza, villetta stupenda, personale molto cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, ottimi servizi a mezz'ora da Roma per chi vuole visitare la capitale, a 5 minuti dal mare di Ostia. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, a pochi passi 2 bar e 2 ristoranti (consiglio "il bracere" per esperienza personale). La mattina colazione sotto la veranda (d'estate) è il miglior modo per svegliarsi col piede giusto. non ve ne pentirete un saluto da Andrea e Veronica di Genova

   l'unico aspetto negativo è la distanza da Roma che per chi vuole vivere la notte del centro senza disporre di un mezzo proprio

   The owners, Gretta and Dino, were very warm, friendly, informative, helpful and supportive. The accomodations were spacious, clean and comfortable. When we returned for our last night's stay before leaving Italy, we felt like we were returning home. I would highly recommend this accomodation However, a drive is involved to get to the airport or to the subway into Rome.
