   La cosa che soddisfa maggiormente è la disponibilità dei proprietari che sono davvero splendidi: ti danno suggerimenti, son sempre pronti e ti lasciano le chiavi per entrare ed uscire liberamente. Altro punto di forza è la pulizia dell'alloggio.

   We enjoyed our stay in this lovely appartment which is in a very nice area of Rome; quiet but near some excellent restaurants and within walking distance to MAXXI. Our room was very nice and comfortable with en-suite bathroom. The transport connections are very good (apartment is a 10 minute tram-ride away from the centre). Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and we very much appreciated Daniela's recommendations on contemporary art venues to see! All was perfect and we hope to visit Rome and Bruno and family again!

   Mi ha molto soddisfato la calorosa accoglienza ricevuta, il senso immediato di "famiglia", verso chi in fondo non è che un estraneo. Molto piacevole, molto confortevole.

   Non proprio aspetti negativi, ma un po' di delusione: mi aspettavo una struttura con più camere e più accurate; la camera è una sola, e piuttosto spartana. Il bagno comunque è assolutamente pulitissimo, nuovo e ben curato. Per questo dico che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è esattamente equilibrato: 70 euro sono quasi il costo di una camera d'albergo..

   Luciana et Bruno nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont apporté les bons conseils pour optimiser nos déplacements et nos visites. L'appartement est très bien localisé par rapport au tramway dont les passages sont très fréquents. Nous sommes contents du choix que nous avons fait.

   Le quartier était très calme la nuit mais un peu bruyant le matin. Comme nous étions bien fatigués de nos journées et que nous n'étions pas venus pour faire la grasse matinée, cela ne nous a pas gênés.

   I had been satisfied with approach of owner to the guest. He helped in top of agreed services, e.g. with local restaurants, transport, internet bookings to local galleries etc. Really appreciate.

B&B A Villa Riccio is on the second floor of a building with elevator in a private park with gardens and tall trees near the Tiber. It is a green and quiet oasis in the center of Rome.

The guest room is provided with bathroom, is spacious and bright with two windows overlooking the garden.

Bed & Breakfast A Villa Riccio is located in the Flaminio area, between the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Museum MAXXI and Piazza del Popolo in central Rome.

Nearby there are Milvian Bridge, the Flaminio stadium, Olympic Stadium, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, St Peter and the Vatican museums.

By metro and bus are just a few minutes to Termini station and Fiumicino and Ciampino.
