Villa Mei is situated in Lucca's countryside with a spacious park tree, to spend full days in relaxation and in contact with nature. It's surrounded by a spacious and curate garden, about 2000 mq, which is completely fenced with a wall.

Villa Mei is a house of the 17th century situated onto three floors included the ground floor in addition to an attic and a cellar.

The apartment has been completely restructured last year and it's situated on the ground floor with an independent entrance. It's composed of a living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms with bathroom; it is suitable for 4+1 sleeping beds.

The structure is provided with a swimming pool, about 6.50x3.60 and it's equipped with an outdoor gazebo and a small barbecue.

The owner lives in Villa Mei.
