    Good information about the city and sights Very helpful and kind owner - we needed some help to find a medical practitioner The apartment had all the necessary comforts, was full of character and was close to town, public transport and convenience stores

    Die zentrale Lage, ruhig. Alles was uns wichtig war war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schönes altes Haus mit besonderem Flair. Für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, aufgeschlossen und humorvoll.
    Da wir mitten im Hochsommer da waren -> trotz Ventilatoren ziemlich warm....

    The apartment is great. It's really attractive and is perfect for a self-catering week away. It's very central too so it's easy to walk into the centre of Verona.
    The furniture was a bit uncomfortable, the sofas especially.

    La seriertà di Roberto nell'accoglierci. La posizione "stretegica" dell'appartamento, vicino al centro di Verona. I suoi suggeriemnti per girare e "vedere", ma soprattutto per mangiare bene. Grazie di cuore.
    Quello che non andava lo comunicato direttamanete a Roberto.

    Very good location. Attractive appartment, very well equipped with good attention to detail. Can recommended it for a stay of a few days. Thank you Roberto for your effort to make our stay so good. Will definately return
    As with all apartments with a similar structure, not soundproof - may be better suited for a couple or a small family. However, not great conern

    Roberto is a gem. We were a day late due to flight problems. He was there when we finally got to Verona Walls. He was so helpful and provided us with all of the info needed on the apartment and also on what we could do to make our trip even more enjoyable. We were also able to text him whenever a situation arose -- such as calling a taxi to pick us up at the end of our visit.
    The apartment has its charm. The kitchen is very small so you will not want to make large meals. Also, the settee in the living room should be replaced as it is not comfortable to sit or lay on it. Other than that, you will love the apartment for its old brick/stone walls, wood floors and beamed ceilings. The bathrooms were modern and nice.

    The location was great, within easy walking distance to all sites. Roberto was extremely nice, helpful and trustworthy, and helped us a great deal (he even mailed us stuff we left in the safe!!!). We had a great time and hope to be back to Verona and meet him again.
    We were 5, and the 5th bed was quite small, I would rather recommend it for children only. Thankfully our 5th person was very small.

    la simpatia e disponibilità del proprietario che ha saputo metterci a proprio agio con un sorriso o anche semplicemente mettendoci a disposizione anche piccole cose che potevano esserci necessarie... la casa è stupenda e ha superato le aspettative... il centro è a due passi... e la zona tranquilla....
    niente.. è stato tutto perfetto

    Good location, the original appearance, authenticity.
    No air conditioning - but for the autumn is not so scary.
    À small TV - for the Russian is a serious disadvantage:)))

    Il soggiorno è stato molto molto soddisfacente, oltre al fatto dii trovarsi a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Verona. Roberto è stato davvero gentile e disponibile e ha fatto sì da farci trovare a nostro agio e la location devo dire che è proprio accogliente. Per non parlare del soppalco tutto in legno e del letto tondo, come in effetti rispecchiava la fotografia....tutto molto fashon! Nel complesso....10 e lode!

    The appartment was spacious and well located. In spite of one review saying that the flat was cold we had to turn the efficient heating down to stay comfortable. It was very cosy. There were lots of towels and the bed in the main bedroom was very large and comfortable (and circular!). It had a lot of character and plenty of space for a family of five (thankyou for the extra mattress and bedding). Had we been there longer the use of a the washing machine would have been very welcome.
    Ther was only just enough crockery for 5 of us, so we did a fair amount of washing up for a two day stay!

    oltre al gentilissimo proprietario....la cosa che mi è rimasta impressa è il bellissimo letto rotondo....oltre a tutto l'appartamento molto carino...sicuramente ci ritornero'

    Communication with owner was friendly and it suited him that we arrived as late as 23pm. Apartment was furnished and renovated with good taste and character. It was big enough for us (2adults and 2 child) and would suit also for bigger company like 2 couples and children.
    Little bit of traffic noise. Bed linens were clean but quite old. In Septemper apartment was little cold. Anyway I would stay again and I think that price was cheap.

    Roberto was very helpful and looked after us beautifully. The appt is very attractive, well stocked and in a quiet location close to the old city. We completely enjoyed our stay at the Appt.

    The facilities and location of the apartment were just what I wanted.A short walk to the city centre and quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.There were internet cafes,bars,supermarkets and greegrocers in the surrouding streets.A very Veronese apartment!
