   We found the location to be excellent - ten minutes from St. mark's square and a direct walk to the vapporetto stop (Arsenale). We loved the kitchen, and entertained a couple of guests for two nights at our dining table/living room. My wife loved having a hair dryer and espresso maker (with coffee) available to her. I liked how, just across the water to the east, there were little benches to sit on, and how via Garibaldi gave us a flavour for "real Venice." We were thrilled overall.

   I should note the television didn't work (not that we planned on using it) and we were surprised that we had to pay the remainder of our fees in cash when we arrived. If you can, pay all upfront online or bring extra cash with you to pay when you arrive.

   The ground floor apartment is beautifully furnished, equipped, and maintained. It is in a very quiet location, but just two short blocks to the Arsenale vaporetto stop on the Riva (which also serves the Alilaguna ferry line to the airport) and less than 15 minutes to St. Mark's Square. We were met at the vaporetto by Gabriella, who also walked with us to show us a nearby grocery store. When we had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network, she responded immediately and brought a techie to help us out. She was also very accommodating in allowing us a late check-out on our departure day.

   tolle Lage, ruhig aber nur 1 Station mit dem Vaporetto zum Markusplatz ( ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß).Idyllisches ursprüngliches Viertel in Arsenale. Sehr nette Vermieterin, liebevoll, geschmackvoll und bestens ausgestattet. Heizung funktionierte sehr gut, auch in kalt-nassen Tagen komfortabel. Ein rundum sehr empfehlenswertes Apartment, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

   The apartment is located in the very center of Venice. It is beautifully furnished, very quiet and comfortable. We were met by the owner who was extremely helpful during thewhole period of our stay. It was an excellent experience.

   Fantastic place! Comfortable, excellent quality finishes, beautiful home in a great location. Very near the vaporetto stop, so it is easy to go there with the luggage. Close to San Marco. Has everything you may need. The host is fantastic and very caring.
