   I really offer this apartment. In the apartment everything is user friendly and details are very helpful (maps on the wall, guides etc). The owners are really helpful and Gianni speaks very good English. The house is look like IKEA sample house. Location is very near Metro station and also main train station Termini. Our stay was very comfortable and very satisfied esp. compare with the price. Thank you Gianni and his papa and mom....

   We, 2 retired adults, stayed at the Rome Center Apartment from April 28-May 1, 2010. Gianni was very good about replying to our e-mails about questons we had about the apartment. It was a 20-minute walk pulling our suitcases to get from the Termini to the apartment, although taxis are readily available. We wre met outside the building by Gianni's father, who was most friendly; I wish I could understand Italian, because I would have liked to spoken with him more. He showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment is on the fifth floor, using a small elevator. The living room - kitchen, and the bedroom were very large sized rooms. We only used kitchen facilities for breakfast, but everything was there to cook complete meals. The bed was very comfortable and with the great windows, it was perfectly quiet at night. The neighbourhood was perfectly safe to walk around in. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The apartment was a five minute walk from the subway stop, which was most handy. We highly recommend Rome Walks for tours to the Vatican and Colesseum. Watch out for speeding scooters.

   We could have used a couple more towels, but not a big problem.

   Very centrally located. Very near the metro and easy to get groceries nearby. Owner of apartment has left very good information about surrounding areas and sites to visit. It was very clean and we were able to use the laptop which is so convenient.

   Water in the shower turned hot and cold suddenly.

   L'emplacement est excellent, près de la gare de train Termini, au centre des activités. L'appartement est très éclairé et confortable. Nous le recommandons. Nous avons pu utiliser le coffre fort ainsi qu'un ordinateur avec lien internet.

   Excellent location close to the Termini railway station and the underground at the same time. Nice, green surroundings. The place is quite functional for 2 people. It is very clean. The owner was very kind - he let us inside the flat very early in the morning despite the checking-in rules. I will recommend it to anyone who goes to Rome.

   Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und bietet gegenüber einem Hotel eine wesentlich größere Bewegungsfreiheit. Das Bad war großzügig bemessen. Die Küche war für große Kochaktionen eher zu klein, wir nutzen sie aber auch nur für´s Frühstück.

   Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die schwankende Temperatur des Wassers beim Duschen.
