   La Signora Patrizia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La posizione è a dir poco eccezzionale per muoversi nella città e tutti i servizi (market, farmacia, ecc) sono vicinissimi all'appartamento. Ottimo in tutto .

   La gentilezza della Signora Patrizia ha fatto il nostro soggiorno eccezzionale. Era una vacanza meravigliosa e la locazione del appartamento e ideale per vedere tutte le meraviglie di Roma. Le nostre due bambine erano come a casa loro.

   Location was excellent, we could walk, even with our luggage to the Termini. Owner and staff were very helpful. Allowed us to stay all day, not get out at 10:00 am, as our plane didn't leave till late , and had elderly Mother with us.(free of charge) Good resteraunts close by, and Supermarkets. Airconditioners good, but bedrooms only, was Hot when we were there, so still good.

   No lounge room, T.V was 12 in square one in one of the bedrooms.
   No dryer - line was airing line inside.
   But on the whole fairly good.

   We had a nice stay here. Location is good. It takes less than 5 min. from Termini by walking. The apartment is very clean and spatial, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Although the landlady can't speak English very well but she is very friendly. We recommend this apartment when you plan staying in Rome.

   Superb location next to Termini Station for Metro & Rail links, and also very close to the Terrorvision Cafe for the bus to Ciampino airport. The owner provided lots of sundry items free of charge e.g. shampoo, washing up liquid, etc which was nice. The apartment also had a washing machine which I don't believe was mentioned in the description. The rooms were very big & spacious. I'd definitely stay there again.

   Only a minor point, but we were given a warning note for leaving the air/con all day when we were out. It would be better if the air con was on a timer so it came on automatically in the later afternoon. That way when you arrive back early evening hot & tired after spending all day exploring Rome, you get the immediate benefit of a cool apartment.

   Great location, lovely, clean and well appointed apartment. On 3rd floor, with elevator available. Owner very helpful (little English spoken!). Great alternative to Hotel in Rome and highly recommended.
